The Kiss

It was a warm October day. To be exact it was October 14, which in fact is my birthday. I had no idea that the guy I've liked forever would talk to me. I was a keep to myself kind of girl who didn't have many friends. I was always being made fun of for my hair color and piercings, but I didn't care I loved them.

I was at my locker at 8:15 am trying to get my shit together for first period. I was having trouble opening my locker and I knew if I didn't open it soon I was going to be tardy. As soon as I got my locker open a bully came up and closed it. There was the bell meaning I was going to be tardy.

I started crying because I didn't want to get suspended. If I got suspended I knew I would get beat by my dad when I got home. Derrick came up and saw I was crying and he didn't say anything all he did was kiss me. I had never spoken to him and he kissed me.

When he was done he said "you don't know how long I have wanted to do that." I couldn't believe what was happening the boy of my dream kissed me. It was perfect his lips were baby soft and his kiss was a stolen kiss which made it so memorable.

I had no response to what just happened, but still Derrick asked me "would you like to go on a date with me Artemis.?" I stared into his eyes and said......
