Harry gets a letter and gets taken to diagon alley but there is a catch he has a twiching and a ticking problem most people would call him Ticci Harry but he likes a good nick name so its Toby and those who know him well and like to make fun of him behind his back call him Ticci Toby people would make fun of him by copying him while he is around he wants some friends and he knew it was time for a new chance to be happy.
He Defeated the dark loard at the age of 1 his parents are dead and live with his Aunt and Uncle and Cousin he is an easiy target becuase when he tries to escape he hides but were he hides his tick would start up again and he would be caught hiding there becuase it make a cracking sound and they know its him the thing is something is more Odd than being a wizard but is that he immune to all pain he numb he can't feel pain you try and hit him with a Crucio and he would not feel the pain but thats one thing he can stop from cursies as well with anything that is caused for hurting people.
