Why Did I Say Yes?

Teagan jumped out of bed, it was the third day of their girls holiday to Portofino, southern Italy. Teagan was feeling excited, what an amazing couple of days they had had already. Beautiful sea, beautiful weather, amazing food and a couple of awesome men wanting to spend their time with them. Teagan was totally over Greg. What a douche. They had been together for 8 months. They had spent as much time together as possible even to the detriment of her friendship with Amber.
She had chosen her ball gown for the dance after graduation. Greg had been there when she chose it. He chose the coursage for her wrist. But suddenly he changed. And the day before graduation he called of their relationship. Teagan had no time to cry, what with graduation the next day.
But her one true friend was there for her. Regardless of feeling pushed out, Amber was there for Teagan as she always had been for each other since they were small.
There was a noise coming from behind Teagan. She turned around on the balcony and faced the bedroom. She knew what that noise was. She snuggled into Amber's bed.
Amber was murmuring in her sleep. Her lips smacked together and Teagan giggled. "oh god she's so cute" Teagan thought.
Teagan rubbed Amber's arm and said "come on sleepy head, we have a big day today... Because you said yes!"
Amber's eyes flickered awake. It suddenly dawned on her what Teagan was saying. "Oh God! Why did I say yes!"
