16 years later...

In the middle of the woods, not far from the castle was a meadow. In that meadow, was a cottage. And in that cottage lived a girl. Her name was Sophia Ackerman. She always wondered why she shared the last name of the king and queen of Trost, but when she tried to ask her aunts about it they said it was a very common name so it held no meaning. She didn't believe it. Ackerman wasn't a common name at all.

She woke up after having a very strange dream about true love. She did her chores, of cleaning her room, feeding her dog Sebastian, and cleaning the kitchen for breakfast. "Aunt Sasha, Aunt Ymir, Aunt Krista, I'm going out."

"Ok be back by supper or else I'm going to eat it!" Sasha says.

"Yea and don't talk to any strangers young lady." Ymir said. "I know aunt Ymir, I know can I please go now?"

"Go ahead my little princess" Krista said. "Aunt Krista I'm not little anymore even if I am 5'1, and I'm not a princess." "You'll always be my little Princess Soph" she says as she kisses Sophia's cheek. "Now go play with your animal friends." She nods and leaves the cottage.

"We have to tell her today Krista," Sasha says. "I know. I can't believe it's been 16 years since that day and they still haven't caught her." Krista said. "If only I could've done more to help her." "You did the best you could. Now it's up to Sophia to touch the spindle or not, today we return her." Ymir says putting a hand on Krista's shoulder.

"Yea- wait didn't the king say after her birthday!?" Sasha exclaims.. "No, I'm pretty sure he said on her birthday."

"It doesn't matter what day he said. What matters is it is up to us to make sure she doesn't prick her finger. And if she does, we have to put everyone in the kingdom to sleep, including the king and queen, till we either find Annie or her true love kisses her," Krista states proudly.

"Right" both fairies say.

Meanwhile with Sophia

Sophia hummed a tune while she skips through the forest. The tune attracts her animal friends. "Hello Isabel and Farlan." she says to the little bluebirds. "Good morning Connie. Find any new acorns?" She asks a grey squirrel. She looks on a milkweed plant to find a bushy caterpillar still asleep.

"Wakey, wakey Erwin" She calls to the sleepy caterpillar. She looks around till she spots a really energetic owl coming her way and another owl following.

"Welcome back Hange, did you have fun with Miké and the others on your trip?" "HOOT" "I'll take that as a yes." She sit's down on a fallen tree trunk and motions the animals over.

"Now I'm going to tell you about a dream I had."
