My seventh year at Hogwarts hasn't been anything like I had expected it to be. It's been a bit chaotic at the very least. Hell, it's been a disaster really, no reason to sugar coat it. I'm a Hufflepuff, so usually my year consist of me and my friends just hanging out and having fun! I'm quite the party thrower here at Hogwarts. In fact, I am legendary among all of the houses for throwing the best school parties. Of course, it's not normally allowed on the premises, but that's what makes it so fun right? Not be allowed to do it! Get's you on the edge of your seat ya know! A sort of high feelin' you don't ever want to let go of. Plus, it's a great time to make friends. Enough about parties (Y/n)... Stay focused. Okay, so this year started off like any other year. I threw a huge party in the Hufflepuff common room, inviting all the houses. It was a bit cramped, but I made sure all the dormitories were filled with my classmates as well, not just the main room. I know we weren't supposed to let other houses in, but who cares really? It's not like I didn't take precautions. No one would want to break in here anyway, what would be the point? Again, off topic.
The Weasley's are a family friend, like a close, family friend. Our parents do everything together, holiday's, vacations- you name it. If someone didn't know any better, they'd probably think we were related. Which, I personally don't like to think that way, but being the only offspring of my parents, it was nice to have other people my age to talk to growing up. Basically, at this party, Ron had introduced me to a boy named Harry Potter. I knew who he was of course. He was only three years younger and I have talked to him before. This wasn't the first time he had attended one of my gatherings. Though, I remember finding it weird that Ronald had made such a scene to introduce me to the boy. At the time I should have just shrugged it off. My mistake, I didn't. So far, this year has consisted of this Potter kid following me down the halls, talking to me constantly and randomly pulling me into empty classrooms. He barely even says anything to me, he just... stares and babbles about nothing. I mean, don't get me wrong, he's a nice kid and all, he's just not my type. I know he has a crush on me. It's blatantly obvious, especially when Ron is shoving him at me every chance he can get.
Anyways, that brings us to where we are now. At my family's home with the Weasley's settling in for the holiday. It was a bit snug, but luckily my family's manor had many rooms that were not filled since it was only us three. Of course, because Charlie couldn't make it our parents had decided to invite Harry Potter over for the break. That's why I am acting so annoyed.
