Tales and stories
They aren't just for children
For everyone enjoys a good narrative,
The hero and the villain,
The ironic humor of a tragedy
The romance of two lovers
One can simply pick up a pen or a piece of paper and write their own tale,
Who they wish to be,
What they wish to do.
However, it's here where the author makes a dire mistake,
They fail to see the true reality which is that they themselves,
Could simply pick up a pen, and write their own story.
For their story is unfolding, the pages of the book turning day by day,
And they can write upon these pages
Choose who they wish to be
Change their fate
All it takes is a little ink and a little imagination
