3rd person POV.

Shortly after Reginald Hargreeves' funueral, Klaus found himself going bar running.

Bar after bar, Klaus was in search of as many free drinks from strangers that he could get his hands on. Despite his formidable charm and good looks, he didn't get much luck.

After being to nearly all of the bars in town, and annoying the hell out of Ben along the way, he began to lose hope and sat at a bar stool. Ben was becoming restless, he had nothing better to do but to hang with Klaus. Unfortunately for Ben, Klaus was being a depressing bore.

"Klaus, come on man. Stop being a bitch," Ben says, "Let's go home and watch a movie or something."

Klaus hangs his head on his hands and gives Ben a dramatic wistful look. "I don't," he pauses for effect, "Want to." Klaus sighs. "I'm bored and I'm horny and I'm nearing sobriety, Ben. I can't handle this."

Ben looks around the room in search of anything to distract Klaus or himself. Nothing seems interesting enough.

A few minutes later, a woman seeming to be around the boys' age strolls into the bar.
Ben notices her almost immediately.
She seemed so carefree and confident, like she had just got done fighting a battle or saving babies. She was beautiful.

It were times like these that Ben wished he were alive.

The woman sits a few chairs away from the two disastrous men and orders a drink of some type. Ben cares enough to catch what type. A simple craft beer.

"Hey, man, look at that girl over there." Ben doesn't bother whispering, because, he's dead. "She's pretty hot, don't you think?"

Klaus' attention is turned to the girl, and he too notices that she has a unique sense of beauty. He especially appreciates her fashion sense. Bold yet personal, just enough to be spotted by him, but not unique enough to look foolish in a crowd.

She has an aura to her that the boys both decided they like. Ben snaps to get Klaus' attention. "Go talk to her, bro. She might buy you a drink." Ben's eyes are sparkling in determination, as he just wants an excuse to hear her voice.

Klaus shakes his head. "Ah, no, I don't think so." He glances back over to the girl. "She seems far too classy to offer me a drink."

Ben wants to nudge his brother to go to the girl, but all he has is words. "You never know, man, you might even get laid or something." Ben smirks and wiggles his eyebrows sarcastically.

Klaus chuckles and grins cheekily.
"You just want me to talk to her because you can't, you poor creature. How unfortunate." Ben feels called out by the remark.

As Ben continues the seemingly harmless talk about the woman, his heart jumps out of his chest. "Hey, uh, Klaus, I think she's coming this way."
