As we finished our breakfast the bell rang. Okay I'll admit. I was scared! I started to sweat...Please don't say I have arm pit stains...please.... GREAT I did.... "Selena I...I need to go...." Selena looked at me confused and puzzled "But Ariana we have first period together..." she said as she took hold of my arm "well...do you have a shirt I can borrow?" I whispered hoping no one else would hear "I do actually!" Selena pulled out a shirt and handed it to me...but get this IT WAS A CROP TOP. No biggie I thought I can just pull this over my previous shirt. I took the shirt from Selena and slipped it ontop...yes it looked funky but what else could I do? Selena looked at me surprised but then she locked arms with me walking us to class... I thought to myself...why is she so nice?
Our first class was theatre with a teacher named "Mrs Crane" weird last name but mine is Grande so I had no room to talk. As we arrived to class the teacher greeted us in... I looked around and noticed how packed the class was. I knew that it wouldn't always be this packed because it's the first day of school. The bad students only come the first day and skip the rest of the year. As I looked around I seen the boy from this morning...plasticware boy...the boy that tripped over me boy! He was sitting in the back with a bunch of other boys... I instantly knew that plasticware boy would have a different attitude.. all boys do when they are with their friends, and its not the good attitude either.
I looked over at Selena and of course she had her eyes on the plasticware boy.... I mean she had more of a chance with him than I ever did...but he was fun to look at... I took a seat in the corner of the room while Selena sat next to me "Did you see that boy!?" Selena asked with a soft whisper "He's super cute" yes...yes he is... "what boy?" I asked Selena looked shocked "that boy" she said as she nudged her head towards the plasticware boys direction... "He's alright looking" I replied while rolling my eyes "not my type" Selena made googoo eyes at him the whole class period while I sat there drowning in my own insecurities. Somehow I managed to survive the whole school day...
The bell rang to go home, I made my way outside to my bicycle and untied it "Ariana!" Selena Yelled as she walked towards me, "we should like, hangout after school" I didn't know what to say about that because I have never HAD A FRIEND COME OVER BEFORE but it would be nice for once "yeah sure" I said as I put on my helmet and got on my bike. "Okay text me your address and I'll come over!" Selena said as I started to peddle away . Wow I wonder what my dads going to say about this.
