Summer was almost over and school was to start in a few weeks. I wasn't excited at all. Being bullied wasn't fun. Watching Selena makeout with the plasticware boy wasn't fun... I know I don't know him but I somehow caught instant feelings for him? I don't know...it's just a crush...it's just a crush. He's a senior now and like he'd be gone in a year...it would never work out...what am I saying!? I'll never even have the chance to date him. Although in theater last year he asked to borrow my pencil....STOP I need to stop....Dammit Zayn.

It was a Saturday afternoon, Zendaya invited me to go to our school tailgate with her and some boy she is talking to. She did mention that he was bringing a friend along... for me...a double date... all I'm saying is that this tailgate better go by fast, I love Zendaya but I'm not spending hours with a boy I don't even know. I threw on a random dress (which I'd eventually cover up with a coat) I tied up my hair and curled the end of my pony tail, I then threw on some heels.

I sat down on my bed and texted Zendaya...lowkey I was very nervous about the date. Okay I was mostly nervous about seeing Selena and Zayn, mostly Selena...we ended on bad terms....  and seeing her face to face wouldn't be good for me.

My phone buzzed
Me: what are you wearing? Show me 🥰
Zendaya: something simple 😌

Me: that's so cute!!!
Zendaya: thanks! So about your date, he's actually really cute!
Me:...show me? ....
Zendaya:

Me: wow...he's actually CUTE CUTE.
Zendaya: you guys better keep your hands to yourselves 😂
Me: I'll try 😉

Okay this guy is actually cute. And I know what you're thinking "what about Zayn?" Zayn is just a fantasy.... "Ariana!" My dad yelled from downstairs "Zendaya is here!" I quickly grabbed my bag and made my way downstairs fixing my pony tail "hey Ari! Are you ready?" She asked as she greeted me with a hug "Yeah" I said with a smile "bye dad!" I yelled as Zendaya lead me outside to this jet black car Zendayas date was sitting in the drivers side while mine sat in the back seat. Okay okay I was getting butterflies in my stomach, my first date ever! And the guy is actually cute! Zendaya opened the door for me and there he was. He turned to me and smiled I smiled back. Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh me god! "I'm Justin" he said as he scooted towards me, please don't say something dumb pleaseee "I'm Ariana" I said as I scooted closer to him. "Watch it you two!" Zendaya Interrupted "No funny business" she giggled and turned back to the front, surprisingly I was actually pretty excited for this date.
