So I was thinking, if most Splatoon characters are named after their clothing, this would also apply to the X-Blood characters. So here are my guess ;P

Bangs Girl - no idea.. Tee? Bangs? Idk :/

Pigtails - Annaki

Spiky Hair - Shades
