Woah an update would you look at that, took me long enough
The Host went on and on saying how Floyd would give a speech and all sorts of things, as well as free access to some of the places around the manor. Floyd nodded along and pretended to care about what the host was saying.
Cole looked around the room in fascination, it was decorated so elegantly, white walls with gold trim, Golden chandeliers, very cliche but very beautiful. Cole started walking around the room, looking at everything in the room, he walked up to a book shelf and looked at the books that were sat there collecting dust.
Floyd noticed Cole wasn't next to him anymore and glanced over at him, watching him protectively before the host said "oh! It's time for you to give a speech!" Floyd nodded and watched the host excitedly run off. Cole looked behind him as Floyd came up and snaked his arms around Coles waist causing Cole to relax slightly "I love you..." he said quietly causing Floyd to smile "I love you too baby boy~" he took Coles hand gently and led him out onto the stage.
After the speech the dance started. The orchestra started playing a beautiful waltz song as everyone started dancing, even Cole and Floyd, they danced circles around each other, Cole with an adorable smile on his face and Floyd, a calm smile. Cole soon pulled Floyd aside and complained to how his feet were starting to hurt. Floyd kissed Coles forehead "of course my precious~" Cole felt his heart flutter, he was actually loved and cared for which was a feeling he never felt from his parents. Him and Floyd sat and watched everyone dance until it was time for them to leave. The left and returned home.
((Sorry it's so short, I haven't had any good ideas for this story- hopefully I'll get around this writers block and write better chapters 😁
