When you were born, your parents cared for you so much! You were perfectly healthy when you were born and happy. But when your mom lost her job, she became depressed. This deep depression lead to alcoholism and drugs. When you were six, your father made a decision that changed your life forever. Your dad put you into a foster home because he didn't want you to see the pain your mother was going through. However, your dad lied to you about it.

"Hunny, I'm going to take you to the new daycare now okay! Go grab your backpack!" You ran as fast as you could up those stairs to grab your bag because of the excitement to make new friends! When you came back downstairs, you saw your mom on the couch passed out.

"Can I say goodbye to mommy?" You asked your father.

"No hun, she's sleeping. You'll see her when you get home though." You smiled in agreement and you headed to the car. When you arrived, you father pointed to the building and said just go up and knock on the door. You followed his instructions and when you got there and knocked on the door, you turned around and the car was gone. You became scared and started trembling in fear. The door swung open revealing a middle aged women and she leaned down and asked you,

"Is there something I can help you with? Are you lost sweetheart?"

"My daddy said to come to the door and knock. He told me I was going to start daycare today!" You responded. And that day was the last day you wore a smile that was real.

When you were eight, you were adopted by a young looking couple. You smiled your normal fake smile, and headed to your new home. Before you got there, you ended up taking a plane. You ended up flying to Louisianan and moving in with them. You were put into school and that's when all things got worse. Not only did you not know why your parents got rid of you, you moved to a new place, and now you have to go to a new school and you don't have any friends. School treated you like dirt. Except for the one person you met. You met him when you were in fourth grade. He was in your class and he noticed you sit alone all the time. He introduced himself to you and you've been friends ever since. His name is Hunter. When growing up and adjusting to the move, Hunter was your only friend. He had some more than you, but you knew you could always count on him to be there for you. He sat with you at lunch, you guys would hang out a lot, and he would make you laugh on the worst days.  But once High School came around, all the bullying became 10 times worse. You were called names that were much worse and you were picked on your appearance a lot. But you didn't have Hunter to lean on anymore. Your step father had gotten  a new job and you had to move to Nashville. You didn't lose all connection with Hunter because you had to keep in contact always. You video chatted, used Facebook, and texted a lot. But Hunter never knew what was really going on. Whenever he asked you how everything was, you lied and told him it was great and you had a lot of friends here. But you didn't. You didn't want him to worry about you and have to think that you're not okay 24/7. After time, Hunter started becoming a lot more busy because of his music career. He was starting to become bigger and bigger. He didn't forget you, but you did have a lot of times you would try to contact him an wouldn't get back to you for days. This made you feel even more unimportant to the world then you already felt. You shut out your parents, you started locking yourself in your room a lot more often. And the worse part, self harm became an everyday thing. You'd get home from school and that was the first thing you did. You didn't dare tell Hunter, knowing he would call your parents and tell them. So whenever you got to video chat, you'd put that fake smile on and make Hunter believe you're happy.

After a week without hearing anything from Hunter, you started to worry. One day after you came home from school, knowing both your parents were still at work, you walked in the house, set your bag down on the kitchen table, grab a water bottle and head upstairs to fall into the rut that you were stuck in. Today was especially bad. There were so many things flying through your head. All the names, all the bull that no one knows isn't true.
