Imagine 3- Christmas (for @PygmyPuff14)

Hey there peoples! I'm Michaela! I'm currently 20 and going on 21 in a few months. I love all types of music and I can dance. I've been taking dance lessons since I was five. I started with Ballet but then went to hip-hop and contemporary. I currently work at a dance studio and I make BANK! Haha sorry, I've just always wanted to say that. But I've been working there since I was in high school and when I became a full time teacher they sent me to Nashville. I currently live in Nashville, TN but I was born in Breaux Bridge and grew up with Hunter Hayes. We've been best friends for years and we've been dating for about 6 years now. We started dating in high school and yes we've fought, but we've managed to stay together through them all. It's hard when he's away a lot of the time, but I manage because with distance, you really realize how in love you are with that person. Hunter just got back from tour and I've heard all of his stories. So now you know a little about me!

Michaela's POV

Today is the 15th of December and Hunter has officially been home from tour for a month. But since the beginning of the month, he has been all over the place. When I get home from the dance studio, he's gone or in the midst of getting ready to leave. He says that he's going to the studio so I just go with it. But today he said that he's leaving the whole day free just for us.

"Mic, can you come here really quick?" I got off the bed, rolling the waistband of Hunter's sweatpants because he's taller than I am, and put my book down and went into the kitchen. Hunter was putting away a piece of mail.

"What's up?" I asked sitting down on a stool at the counter. Hunter leans forward and places his arms on the counter looking me in the eyes.

"I have a surprise for you." I smiled and made the same movements as he did and got closer to him.

"Yeah? What's that?" He leaned back and stood up straight. He walked around the corner and picked me up from the stool and carried me over to the couch bridal style, setting me down so I was sitting on his lap.

"You know how I've been all over the place lately and at the studio a lot?" I nodded. "Well, I have been, but I haven't been working on the new album. I've been planning a Christmas Vacation for us." My smile grew wide and I squealed a little.

"Oh my gosh! You're the sweetest! Where are we going?" I asked getting really excited wondering what I need to pack.

" I thought it would be nice to go to a place outside of the US that has snow so we're going to Switzerland!" I started to feel tears in my eyes because Hunter has known for a long time that I've always wanted to visit Switzerland. I threw my arms around his neck and when I pulled away I gave him a quick kiss.

"When do we leave?" I asked resting my forehead on his. "Tomorrow morning, early morning. We're talking 2 in the morning." I was shocked a little at how early, but it was completely worth it.

"Is that when the plane leaves? Or when we leave for the airport?" Hunter bit his lip a little and answered the flight. I smiled and said, "As long as I'm with you this Christmas, I'm okay with leaving that early." He smiled and kissed my cheek.

"What are we going to do about trading presents and giving your parents Christmas presents? We have to give them the presents! I got your mom a necklace and your dad a new shirt that says 'I'm Hunter Hayes father and I mean business.'" Hunter cracked up at what I got his father and then said,

"They're swinging by this afternoon. We'll do it then. They've been helping me with booking everything. We can do presents for each other after you're done packing or when you need a break from packing." I smiled and realized I have a lot to pack. Even though we live in a state that doesn't really get snow, I still have sweaters and such just in case it does.
