You wanted an adventure and so you went out and made one. At first you weren't sure what to do but figured walking around you would eventually find something. After walking from neighborhood to neighborhood you found yourself an adventure. You would climb a building. Right now you were close to downtown but not necessarily downtown. That meant there would be plenty of buildings to climb around you.

It was daytime, afternoon specifically, so you would have to be careful not to be seen. Other then that everything seemed like it would work out. You found a two story building that seemed to be easy to climb. There were pipes hanging off the side of the building that looked like they were able to hold your weight. You scoped out the place first. You didn't plan on getting caught. Plus you were far away from your neighborhood now.  The pipes were down an alleyway so you figured you would be fine.

No one was around for now so you started your journey. You maneuvered your way up the pipes, stepping on them when they were horizontal, then stretching to reach the next set of pipes. It was a bit far for you to reach so you went on your tippy toes. Finally after carefully climbing you made it up. You could see a lot of other buildings from where you were. In fact the downtown area was right in front of you. The walls were slightly higher than the roof and there were more pipes all over the roof.

You lay down on the roof and stared at the clouds. It looked like it was going to rain soon but you didn't feel like leaving so soon after getting up there. You closed your eyes and felt the wind on your face and arms. It was very relaxing. A birds nest was in one of the corners of the roof. The bird was nowhere to be found though.

You wished someone could have been up there with you. It wasn't as fun by yourself. You figured Two-bit would have enjoyed coming up there with you. Next time you would have to bring him with you.

You felt a rain drop fall onto your nose. You sat up and more rain drops fell onto you. It was getting bad quickly. It began to rain as you stood up and the rain was becoming worse and worse. No wonder no one was around, the weather was shit. You stood at the edge of the building looking down at the pipes you climbed up. Just as you were wondering how you would get down when they were so wet, loud thunder began.

That would have been fine if you weren't leaning over the building and easily scared of loud noises. You had tripped over the wall that was slightly higher than the roof and fell. You closed your eyes reflexively and your body tensed. When you hit the ground the wind had been knocked out of you and you were lying on one of your legs in an awkward position. The rain was pouring down on you and you were soaking wet.

At that point you really wished you hadn't of gone alone because your whole body hurt, especially your left leg. You didn't feel like sitting up so you must laid there for a moment. You wondered how you would get home. Walking wasn't an option with your leg hurt combined with how far you were from home. You also didn't have any money on you so you couldn't use a payphone to call anyone.

You looked toward the street but no one noticed you lying there. After waiting in the rain, waiting for the pain to dull to no avail, you knew you had to get someone to check and see how bad your injuries were. So far it didn't look like you had a concussion which was good news. Your leg took the fall.

You used the wall of the building you climbed to help you stand up. No one would be able to see you if you were in the alley. You moved to the street and sat in front of the building. There was a bit of shade so you sat under it to get away from the rain. You were worried about how you would get home. It seemed hopeless at this point but you knew eventually you would.

You out your head in your lap and when you did so you saw some money on the ground. It wasn't much but it would be enough to use a payphone. You grabbed it and started walking to try and find one. You had to lean against the building because putting pressure on your leg hurt.

Cars passed by you, you looked at every one of them to see if it was anyone you knew. But that was a slim chance. The people you knew with vehicles were working. You finally found a payphone. Thank god. You thought about who you would call. You figured the one person who wasn't at work and was practically always free was Two-bit. Plus he would know how to help you out.

You called him up, hoping he was at home. The phone rang and rang. You began wondering if you had wasted your money when he picked up.

"Hello, hello!" Two-bit answered in a cheery tone.

"Two-bit I-" You began to speak but he interrupted you with his joking attitude. This was not the time for that though.

"Don't tell me, you're stuck out in the rain? Oh! Or do you miss me? I knew you did, even though you try and say you don't I-" This time you interrupted him.

"Two, I need a ride or something I fell off a building and hurt my leg. I don't have money for a cab and I can't walk. I'm by that ice cream shop close to downtown."

Immediately his attitude changed. It was like he was a whole new person. No more jokes just seriousness. "I'll be right there, I'm going to borrow someones car. I will be there as soon as possible. How bad is it? Do you need to go to the hospital?"

"Ok, thank you. I'm not sure. I don't think so, it seems like it's sprained."

       "Ok, good. Be there soon."

You sat on the curb after hanging up. Finally you could get home and out of this rain. You would have to ice your ankle and hopefully that would help.

It didn't take long for Two-bit to get there considering you were far away. He pulled over and opened the passenger door for you. Two then helped you get in. "You're soaking wet, Y/n. Here, take this towel and put it around you."

"Thank you, Two-bit. I don't know what I would do without you." You put it around you after drying off your hair.

"You're welcome but you know you gotta be more careful."

"I guess... But I think I should be fine. I just need to ice this," You point to your leg. "And get some rest. My back hurts now."

"You can sleep now I'll bring you to my house so my mom can take a look at you."

You nod your head and drift off to sleep.

-

When you woke up you were on Two-bit's bed and his mother was sitting on a chair beside the bed attending to your leg. Two-bit came in with pain killers and water. He must have carried you inside. "Feeling any better?" He asked.

"Yeah, my back doesn't hurt as much and I think the ice is helping my leg. Thank you Mrs. Matthews."

"You're welcome. So how did this happen?" She asked calmly. She was always laid-back. You explained what happened and she nodded as she listened. "Damn thunder, huh?"

"Yeah, next time I'll have to be more careful." You confess, downing the pain-killers with the water.

"You should have seen Keith. He was so worried about you, I don't think I've ever seen him that serious before."

You looked at Two-bit and smiled. "Thank you for helping me out and worrying about me."

"Just don't do something like that again." He pat your head.

"Next time I'll get you to go with me." You laughed.

He just smiled and rolled his eyes.
