Next morning Yuvan came down rubbing his eyes and straight went to the kitchen. He hugged his father side-ways keeping his head on his shoulder. "Good morning champion", said his father. Yuvan hmmed and the man chuckled. "Still sleepy???, Yuvan nodded. "Wake up champion, it's 10 already", Yuvan hmmed again. "Brushed your teeth??", he asked. Yuvan nodded again. "Chalo then, breakfast is ready. Take bath later", the man walked out with breakfast tray in his hand followed by a sleepy Yuvan. Both sat on their respective chairs and the man served them both. "Dad when will baraypapa and barimaa return??, he pouted. "I'm missing them so much!!!", he explained and put the piece if pancake in his mouth.

Someone came from vehind and placed her palms on Yuvan's eyes. "Guess who??", the person spoke. "Tanu!!!", Yuvan exclaimed in surprise and Tanvi removed her palms from his eyes. He got up and hugged her tight. "Happy 18th bday bb", she spoke. "Thank you!!! Thank you so much baby", he spoke pulling out of the hug and kissed her forehead. "Liked the surprise munchkin", someone spoke coming from behind. Yuvan went and hugged the couple. "Loved it mumma. I was really missing Tanu so much", said Yuvan. Yuvan's father met the couple and both the siblings got busy in catching the latest gossips. "Vese Taniya isbaar kitne din ke lia aai hai???", asked Yuvan. "What if I say permanant aai hu??", she raised her eyebrow. "Dekh agar mzaak krrae hai na toh rende, mujhe hazam nae hona", he spoke. "Le!!! Bhalai ka toh zmana ee hai ne", she spoke dramatically. "I love you Taniya", Yuvan pounced on her making both of them fall on the ground. She giggled and spoke "Yuv uth, saans nae aarae mujhe", she spoke. He made an apologetic face and smiled sheepishly. The elders we're admiring their kids.

"Yuvan breakfast!!!", his father reminded him. "Later", he said. "Yuvan!!!", he said sternly. "I'm full dad. Bs ab aur nae khaana", he spoke making puppy faces. Tanvi picked up the plate and spoke "Chill partner humlog khalenge. Yuv chal room mein", she spoke. She got up and kissed his cheek and both the siblings went to Yuvan's room.

Here at the breakfast table the lady spoke "Aarav, tumne medicine le???" He shook his head in no. "Chote you should take your medicine. Tere tabiyat aur kharab hojaegi", another man probably Tanvi's father spoke. Aarav smiled and spoke"mujhe mere jaan ke pass jaana hai bhai. Uske lia mujhe jo krna pre mein karunga".
"Aarav tu samajh ta kyu nae hai, Yuvan needs you, we all need you aur doctors ne kaha tha ke we should not loose hope",Tanvi's father spoke. "Sach kya hai yeh aap bhe jaante hai bhai aur mein bhe, toh yeh jhuti tassali kyu??? Mein nae chahta ke aap koe bhe umeed lgae. Mein taras gya hu apni jaan ke bageer. Ab aur himmat nahi rahi mujh mein. Mt rokea mujhe", Aarav said smiling which hardly reached his ears. "Apni Tanu aur Yuvaan ke baare mein toh socho Aarav, kya bitegi unpr jb unhe yeh pta chalega" the lady spoke. "Vhi samajhne ke koshish kar raha hu Avni ke unhe kese btao. They are our happiness. Shayd sunkr udaas honge, ruth jaengi pr sach jaane ke baad samajh jaenge", Aarav spoke looking no where in particular.
"Tu kis sach ke baat krraha hai chote???", asked Tanvi's father. "Ussi sach ke baat krraha hu jo unse 15 saal tk chupaya tha",said Aarav. "Are you even in your senses Manik Malhotra??? Pta bhe hai kya bakvaas krrae ho tum???"Tanvi's father shouted furiously. "Dhere bolea bhai, bache sunlenge",Manik spoke calmly. Avni placed her hand on her husband's shoulder and he closed his eyes trying to calm himself. "Manik jo bitt chuka usse kyu yaad krna??? Kuch baate dbi he achi hote hai Manik. Tuune yeh toh soch lia ke tu Yuvan ko sb sach btadega pr tune yeh socha ke sb sunne ke baad uspr kya bitegi??? Vo bacha kese sb handle krega Aru??? Vo nahi rehskta tere bina chote, tu samajh ta kyu nae", Tanvi's father spoke in a tired voice. "Uss pr se tere cancer ke news vo toot jaega Manik. Mein drta hu Manik kahi vo....", the man chocked. "Mein jaanta hu aap kya soch rae hai bhai. Yhi na ke kahi vo 25 saal purana heartless, ruthless Manik Malhotra na bnjae??? Mujhe apne parvarish pr poora bharosa hai bhai. Mein jaanta hu apne bete ko aur iss baat ke guarantee mein deta hu ke esa kuch nae hoga", Manik spoke getting up from his chair. "Ek aur baat bhai, sach toh mein Yuvaan ko btakr rahunga. Uska hak hai jaane ka ke esa kya hua tha 15 saal pehle ke aaj uski maa uske saath nae hai. Vo jaane ka hak rakhta hai bhai ke uske baap pe ese kya ghinauni harkat ki thi ke usse uski maa door hogae. Uski maa ne ek baar bhe nae socha bs moot ke kuay mein utargai. Sb jaana deserve krta hai vo sb....." Manik spoke and walked away from there. He wiped his tears and went to his room.

It was evening and the family had gathered for evening tea and snacks. "Pops kaha hai???", asked Tanvi. "Haa!!! Mumma, dad nazar nae aarae", Yuvan spoke looking around. "Room mein hoga.... mein bulakr laati hu", Avni said. "Nae... aap ruko, mein jaata hu", Yuvan got up.

He reached Manik's room and knocked the door. Not getting any answer, he opened the door and went inside. "Dad!!!",he called peeping inside. "Dad!! Dad!!", he went to the balcony where he saw his father speaking to himself looking at sky.

Manik's POV
Koe kuch bhe kehle, mein apne bete ko sb sach btake rahunga. Tum kyu chali gae cherry???? Kyu chora apne Aru ko akela.... naaraz hojati, ignore krte, maar leti.... pr tum mujhse itni khafa hogae ke mujhe dur chali gae. Bachpan se leke aaj tk, sirf dukh dekhe hai meine. Ek tum he thi, mere khushi (he smiled slightly)... mere jaan, mere cherry. Tumhe yaad hai jb bhe mein tumhe tease krta tha, tumhare gaal kese laal hojaate thay bilkul cherry ke tarah. Bohot miss krta hu tumhe cherry.... bohot. Meine tumhare saath kya kya nae kiya, tumhe itna sunaya phir bhe tumne mujhse pyaar kiya. Tum kehti thi na Dard kam hota hai khushi dene se, meine bhe khushiyaan banti cherry phir mera dard kam kyu nae hua??? Mann mein bohot savaal hai mere pr jvaab ek ka bhe nae hai mere pass. "Bohot udaas hai koe tere jaane se, ho sake toh laut aa kisi bahane se, tu lakh khafa sahi pr ek baar toh dekh.... koe toot gya hai tere jaane se". Laut aao cherry please laut aao.

Yuvan placed his hand on Manik's shoulder. "Dad!!!", he spoke softly.

"Ek daur vo bhe tha jb khudse bhe zada phikr thi usse meri", Manik spoke looking at Yuvan smiling a little. "Kehti thi mujhse... rukshat na honge milke dubara kabhi aur ab dekho... ab toh geiron se haal pucha jaata hai", he spoke.

"Aap mom se bohot pyaar krte tha na dad", Yuvan spoke standing parallel to Manik leaning on the railing. "Karta hu Yuvan, karta tha nae, krta hu lekin pyaar ko sambhalana aasan nae hai. Takdir vaale he karskte hai yeh. Mere takdir achi nae hai isse lia toh mein apna pyaar sambhaal nae paya. Me and your mom are like fire and warmth closest to each other but as far as flame and moth", Manik spoke looking no where in particular.

"Anyways!!! Yeh sb choro, I don't want to spoil your mood with talks. Tell me you here??", ge asked changing the topic. "Vo... aapka wait krrae hai sb niche. Bulaane aaha tha bs", he said. Manik nodded. "You go!!! I'll join you people in a while". "You can share papa. Dard bantne se kam hota haj", Yuvan said. Manik smiled and spoke "mera dard koe kum nae krskta beta, yeh na bant te batega na chodte chutega. Kisi ka bohot anmol toofa hai yeh ese he ne chod skta isse". He ruffled his hair. "Go!!! I'm coming", he said.

Yuvan was about to exit when he called his again "Yuvan!!!". Yuvan turned to him but Manik shook his head and said "nothing!!".

And finally one character unfolded so Aru or Aarav is no one but Manik itself. Who do you think can cherry be and what relation does she have with Manik???
