Chapter 30: What will you do without me

Jin pov:
The last thing I remember was Namjoon struggling on the grass, my friends ready to sacrifice themselves and me screaming at them to stop. Then it all went black before my eyes. I felt the wet grass caressing my body and heard a lot of people casting spells. But then I heard his voice as clear as crystal, Namjoon. I wanted to open my eyes, talk to him, hug him but it looked like my body had a mind of it's own. "Jin baby." I hear Namjoon sob. I felt him lifting up my head and placing it on his knees while his thumb was stroking my cheek. "I should have been there to protect you." he says between tears. I felt his teardrops fall down on my forehead and then he placed his lips on mine, it was a soft kiss but I could feel all the feelings he put into it. When he pulled away he brought his lips to my ear and whispered three little words that I thought I would never be able to hear  from Namjoon "I love you."
If I was able to cry now I would have but my body stayed as still as a dead body. But because my eyes were blocked my other senses heightened. I heard footsteps coming closer to me and Namjoon, heavy breathing and grass crush beneath feet. I needed to open my eyes now and warn Namjoon that someone is about to kill him and the fear of losing him made me wake up.

I opened my eyes and pushed a confused Namjoon to the side, before grabbing his wand and lifting it "Stupify". The man went flying backwards who I recognised as Mr Min, I let out a sigh of relief before turning to Namjoon smiling "I love you too."
Namjoon laughed and crawled over to me pulling me into a messy kiss. "I thought I lost you." Namjoon says.
"I told you already that I am not that easy to get rid of." I reply caressing his cheek.
"I know that." Namjoon chuckled "How are you feeling?"
"Like shit." I giggle "You."
"I think I will have muscle pain tomorrow."
"First let's make sure all of our friends make it to tomorrow."
"You are too weak." Namjoon argues.
I scoffed "Did you just call me weak?"
"Yes, no, yes." Namjoon stuttered clearly flustered "I mean that you are not fit enough to fight."
"Oh believe me." I respond "I have more than enough motivation to kill some bitches."
"Just don't leave my side." Namjoon whispers.
"Never."

We stood up and ran to the battle, I joined Maelyn who was having an one tot one battle with Daisy. Maelyn smiled when she saw me joining her "Glad you decided to grace us with your presence."
"I couldn't leave all of you, what will you guys do without me." I smile before focusing my attention on Daisy "But I think we can live without Daisy."
"I should have killed you when I had the chance." She hissed.
"Big mistake." I smirk before looking at Maelyn "Mae do you want to do the honor?"
"I think Jimin should." She replies before stepping out of the way to see Jimin walking towards us covered in blood. Maelyn pointed her wand at Daisy casting the pertificus totalus spell, making Daisy freeze. I saw out of the corner of my eye Yoongi and Hoseok fighting back to back "I am going to help your brother." I yell at Mae before making my way over to them.
