Wow, what a year! The twins will turn 1 in about 2 weeks and I'm currently running around the house in a full santa suit sweeting my balls off getting the house ready with Jake and Chance for the kids Christmas. I also have to take them to see Skylar, unfortunatly...she never woke up and we're waiting for a christmas miracle because I need my baby back I really do and I can't do this on my own anymore, like ye I have Jake, Chance, Logan, our parents but it's not the same I need my baby...

Tony, brooo get down here the hospital just called, Skylars got some movement in her fingers again. They think it's more positive this time...

Logan - Unfortunately baby bro I can see where chance is coming from like the kiddies are 1 in a few weeks like it's been a long time now and....
Tony - *coming down the stairs and butting in* yes Logan it has been nearly a year *continues to walk down the stairs and collect Braxton off the floor as he crawls towards him* but I will never lose hope that she's gonna wake up bro she has to, these guys need there Mom at the end of the day and I know you all help as much as you can but it should be me and Sky raising them together not us guys. Look we're going to go see her this afternoon anyway so let's just go hope my one true Christian wish comes true, ok?
At the hospital... *a couple days later* I walk into the ward as I do everyday, I come visit sky everyday and spend as much time as I can with her I bring the twins at least twice a week but they don't understand as they're only so little but I still want them to have that interaction with their mother even if she can't consciously interact back. Today I decided to come alone, well Jake is gonna join me in about an hour as Logan's watching the kids with P as she's in town for a few days. I don't know what it is but I just have a feeling about today, a good one for the first in a long time, I mean the whole finger thing keeps happening but other than that it's pretty much nothing. It's been 10 days since we received that call and I mean for about 10 days her fingers have been twitching on and off which is in fact the best news we've had all year but it's not her...here...awake...with me and our beautiful little ones. I walk past the nurses station at say hi to all the nurses and doctors I've come so very familiar with as I always do each day to whoever is in shift. I walk into her room and see her there lying so still as always with just a single move of her ring finger on her left hand.

I just watch her for a little while at the door just in awe as the woman I love lays there, I smile at one day the thought of her waking up so we can all be reunited as a family.

So Jake's here and we're watching some weird old tv show from the 80s that always seems to be one when we visit and there is was, the noise I'd always dreaded hearing, I'd always hoped that I'd never hear it not when it came to my darling Skylar.
