I wake up to curls.
I had almost forgotten why he was here, in my bed, at eight in the morning. I move around a little bit and Harry so grumbles, the grumbles consist of either pain or tiredness. Either way it still makes me upset for a strange reason.
As I recall the past twenty-four hours I remember how much he was growing on me. I remember being very fond of his green eyes with a hint of blue, and how he kept apologizing for many things though he had done nothing. Nothing wrong to anyone, which I quite frankly admire in him. He was a very genuine person and it has angered me more than it probably should have. Yet, I held back and I decided it was too early to argue with myself figuring out all the reasons people still bullied him.
Just as I am about to go back into deep deep sleep I am still awake enough to hear a raspy "Good morning" come out of a green eyed boys mouth.
What he was about to do was very unexpected. Harry had wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me into his chest. Laughter soon booms around the room and rumbles throughout his body igniting at my surprise. I know myself very well I'd like to say and I knew I was falling for him. Such as I had once when I was young, but that was ages ago and too much to recapture at the moment.
"Well good morning to you too!" I say as I flip myself around to face him.
He looks much younger than he really is in the morning I acknowledge, but has cute scruffy stubble forming a line against his chin. I look down to check on his forearm again and his bruises have increased rapidly in color. Black, blue, and purple practically paint a canvas upon his soft tan skin. A frown takes over his face as he sees the worry I hold within me. He picks up my face by placing his finger on my chin, forcing me to stare into his sun of eyes.
"I'm fine." Harry tried to reassure me but I just crinkle my nose in disagreement. The fact that I've gone to school with him for so long but haven't barely spoken to him as much as I used to amazes me. I notice my light liking for him has dramatically changed through these past hours. I look into his soft, tired eyes and realize I love the vibrancy that they hold. My eyes eventually creep down to his lips then back up to his face. A smile forms on both of our mouth, and within a blink of an eyelash he crashes his lips into mine.
The feeling was overwhelming yet it was everything I didn't know I needed. We break the kiss with a smile creeping on our lips. It was something passionate. Like it was something we both we're missing. We had fit each other like a puzzle piece. We laid with each other for a moment reminiscing on what had happened. I was able to feel myself gaining more and more of a tired feeling.
A second before I was going into a sleep coma I hear Harry whisper into my ear "You're the girl." and a smile quickly spreads over my face as my eyes flutter and heart melts.
"Say the words and I'm yours." I say into his chest. I feel Harry immediately drag me out of my warm bed and I grow to be very confused.
"Arrow, will you be my girlfriend?" Harry cheekily says as he pulls out a daisy from a vase on my bed stand. I giggled and answer with a yes as I jump into his arms. He has literally sweeper me off my feet and brings us back to the bed and under the covers. The sound of our laughter fills the room and it is music to my ears.
I am soon cradled in Harry's warmth, legs and hands intertwined with one anothers. Even underneath the sheets you'd be able to feel the happiness radiating off of us and bouncing off of the creme colored walls. I place my head on this beating heart, taking in his scent of light mint and cologne.
Taking me into his loving arms I say into his chest:
"I'll always be yours if you'll be mine."
"I'm yours." Are the last things we say before sleep takes over our bodies as one.
