Khalils POV
I woke up to the smell of various foods. I didn't even care what it was as long as it was food.
I swung my legs over the side of the bed and my feet carried me to the kitchen.
Cats POV
I felt a pair or muscular arms wrap around my waist as I fried bacon.
"Good morning babe." Khalil said kissing my jaw.
"Morning." I smiled.
I put the recently fried bacon on the plate along with the other food.
"Mmh what have we got here" Khalil asked while taking a seat at the table.
Today was the day that A Long Story Short was being released so I wanted to give him a reward for his hard work.
"Pancakes, waffels, bacon, eggs, hashbrown, cereal and toast for the love of my life." I said while handing him an empty plate.
"Dig in." I said while leaving to make my tea. I haven't really had an appetite for food lately only drinks.
I sighed grabbing my mug and took a seat across from Khalil.
"You're not eating?" He said with his mouth full.
"No."
He nodded his head and continued eating.
After breakfast I went out for a walk with our dog Gucci. Gucci is a white Shi Tzu poodle mix.
We walked to the local park and I sat on a bench for a while.
"Do you mind if I sat here?" A boy said. He was cute but I didn't like him.
"Uh, sure." I said.
He had dark brown eyes dark brown hair which was kind of messy.
"Hi I'm Carter Reynolds." He said.
"Cat." I said and smiled.
" Hi little doggy oh my gosh you're so cute. What's his name?" He said to Gucci and I.
"Gucci."
"Damn like the designer? "
"Yup."
The pocket in my sweatshirt started vibrating, indicating that I'm getting a call.
Me- Hey
Khalil-Where ya at?
Me-The park chillin.
Khalil-Well ALSS was just released and you weren't here for it.
Me- shit. oh my gosh I forgot I'm so sorry.
Khalil- sighs. Alright, just come home now please.
Me- Ok on my way, love you.
Khalil- love you.
"Who was that?" someone said.
I totally forgot Carter was there.
"Oh um my boyfriend Khalil."
"THE SINGER OMFG!"
"Yeah...I gotta go nice seeing you, c'mon Gucci." I gave a faint smile and started walking home.
