Chapter 6 - The Halloween Party

Funneh's POV

After breakfast we go to a Halloween party at Evan's house. Many people including Alec, are walking into the house decorated with pumpkins, bats, and spiders.

"Hi Funneh!" Evan greets me as I walk in. "Hi Evan." "Why are you so dressed up? This is a casual party." He says. "It's my birthday today, and Gold made me wear this dress." I say, crossing my arms. "Oh, happy birthday, Funneh!" He says as I continue walking inside.

I look behind me and the Krew is not there! Where are they? When I turn away from the front door, I see Alec standing in front of me. "Hi Funneh." He says. "Hi Alec. Have you seen my siblings?" I ask him. "Yeah. Draco was talking to my sister. Would you like to get something to eat?" Alec asks me. "Sure."

He takes my hand and we go over to the backyard. I see Gold and Kyran at a table, drinking something. Probably fruit punch. Some girls stare at my face and it's probably because my cheeks are totally red.

"So, I hear it's your birthday today, Funneh." Alec says while dumping chips onto his plate. I grab a plate and do the same. "Yeah." "Your birthday's on Halloween?" Alec asks. "Yes." I reply. "That's really cool. And by the way, happy birthday." Alec stares into my eyes. I blink and look back at the table where I grab a few chocolates. We go over to a table and sit down. I start to munch on some fries drizzled with ketchup.

"So, are you excited to go to Vengeance High School today?" I ask Alec. "Uh, ye-" Felicia plops down on a chair at our table and moves it close to Alec. "This Party is horrible. Let's go to the cafe, Alec!" She exclaims. "No thank you. I'd rather stay here." Alec says. "But Alec, you shouldn't be with this girl. She doesn't deserve you!" Felicia says. "You know what Felicia?" "What?" "You are the one who doesn't deserve me." Alec says. "Hmph." Felicia storms off inside the house. I hear a phone ringing and Alec pulls his phone out of his pocket. "Sorry, Funneh. I gotta take this call." Alec gets up and leaves me alone at the table.

Kyran's POV

"I'm so sorry that Prince didn't love you." I say to Gold. "It's okay. I didn't love him anyways." She twists her hair with her hands. "Kyran, why did you run off after Prince kissed me?" She asks me. "Uh... I uh... um..."

"That stupid girl! She's taking my Alec!" I hear yelling and Gold and I turn towards Felicia. Her and Brittney walk outside of Evan's house. "You'll get Alec one day, Felicia. I'm just glad that I made Gold mad by dating Prince." Brittney says. Gold looks horrified when I turn to her. "Gold?" She gets up and runs inside the house.
