I talked to draig during my journey, for why he took this long to talk to me. It seems that I was to powerful to be meet by his conscious, so the time I spent in training draig was using the time to increase his power level to synchronize with mine and attain the level where we can talk to each other. He even used my saiyan blood essence to increase his power to attain the link and now he is completely adaptable to my power.

He said that I can easily awake my Balance break mode but his power is not fully compatible with my saiyan cells so he forced himself to take some of my power in himself and now he is fused with my saiyan abilities i.e if I want I can evolve my balance break into super mode which is certainly impossible anyone in past and future. He also said that I will be the strongest Red Dragon Saiyan emperor besides elsha and belzard. He said I am just like him, prideful and noble but at the same time I am different from him.

He said that in his rage and arrogance, he killed innocent lives while my ancestors used it to protect some people future of they didn't even know about. The power can drive someone mad but once it is used for a good deed, it brings blessing to their name just like our saiyan race.
