We go in the store, well I do.

Daryl and Carl go next door.

I walk around and see baby toys.

I sighed and tears come to my eyes.

I wipe them away.

I'm not showing my weakness.

I grab the toys and stuff them in my bag.

I go outside and there's Carl and Daryl.

"Let's go" then I heard a bang. I look on my rib and see I'm bleeding and there's bleeding then I look at Daryl and Carl and Carl had tears then all I see is black.

I woke up and the WHOLE group is surrounding me.

Carl comes up and takes my hand.

"It hurts" I whine.

"I know baby, I know" I cried. Then I screamed.

I look at my rib and it's moving. Yuck!

Rick came to me, or who I say now, dad, came to me and cut open my rib.

I screamed so loud that everyone had to block their ears.

"Help me!" I screamed then the pain stopped.

I was breathing heavily and I was sweaty.

I started coughing

Carl came to me and laid down next to me.

He put his sheriff hat on my head and smiled.

"I need to change your bandage" he says and gets up pushes past everyone.

Maggie comes in with Julius and I hold him.

"Hello Julius, I'm your big sister, I'm going to protect you and let nothing happen to you"

He smiles at me and giggles.

"I wish mum was here" I whispered to him.

Everyone smiled.

One week later

Maggie runs to me.

"Julius wants you, like always" I nod and run to the Grimes house.

I go in and Carl is holding the baby.

I take Julius from him and then someone I don't know comes.

"Here, I think that's enough" he says and reaches for the baby but I pull Julius away.

"What's your problem dude?" I said and gave Carl Julius.

Everyone's face goes pale.

"I just wanted to protect the community. It's a family thing"

"What's a family thing?" I spit.

"I nearly killed your brother"

I stayed silent.

Everyone looks at me.

I grab him by the ear and pull him outside where everyone crowds.

"You nearly killed my brother" I screamed.

"Look ok I was protecting the community"

"He's a baby!" I growl

"I know I know"

"He's mine" I said and punched him in the gut.

Everyone crowds us and my eyes go red.

I scream

Which makes him go flying.

My eyes go wide.

Everyone is silent.
