Bonus Chapter

Sparklez' POV

I sit on a cobblestone chair next to the person I once worked for, he lay on an obsidian table. I watched him closely, waiting for any sign of movement.

If he moved, or groaned, I cast a spell to knock him out again. I know I'm the only one that can save him, but I'm not going to. Why would I?

I scanned my mind, searching for the time. There were no clocks here, no sun, only my mind knew the time. He had 30 minutes left.

He had been brought to me by Seto, using his teleportation powers, he appeared right in front of me, holding Herobrines body. He explained the whole thing to me.

It's the same spell as he cast on Jordan, aimed at Ssundee, but Derp blocked it, knowing well that Ssundee still didn't trust him.

I value that bravery, I loved how he used the rest of his power to reflect Herobrines own power back at him.

Bearing that in mind, that means Derp only had a small time left, if Herobrine can't save him, then Derp can't.

I would save him, but he knew the drawback, and he accepted it. I don't want to be the one to save him, and for him to be unhappy.

15 minutes, I stood up and walked around the room. Can't he just die already? I don't want to leave him just in case he wakes up and tries something.

Ugh, Sparklez, stop, please.

I turned around and cast a freeze spell on him, I was going to tell him the truth.

"Why should I stop? You do realise I have known the entire time! You made a mistake in letting me be near a sorcerer. He cast a remembering spell on me, and I saw everything. You made a mistake. You captured a poor innocent man, and turned him into me. But you underestimated him.

He was a voice in my head, slowly dragging me to the light, but I tortured him, I ignored him. But when the spell was cast, I saw him, he showed me my past and I remembered everything.

I had to pretend, listening to you, doing your dirty work. You remember when they all escaped? That was because of me. You don't mess with my friends."

W..What

"You heard me."

I cast a knock out spell on him once again, making him pass out. 5 minutes, this will be the last time.

The last 5 minutes passed by in no time. I knew he was dead when his chest stopped rising and falling.

A light fell from the sky landing in front of me. A figure appeared in front of me, scanning the area.

Notch.

I sensed a disturbance in the life force of my brother, what happened?

I pointed to the body laying on the table. Notch looked at him and shook his head.

How? May I ask?

He used the imprisonment spell on one of your leaders, and one of Herobrines apprentices reflected it back at him, killing himself in the process, Derp is dead now."

He looked at me.

Derp? You mean Derp Ssundee?

"Yeah"

Why did he turn against Herobrine.

"Ssundee killed him and respawned, forgetting everything in the process. His short life consisted of him, well, getting a girlfriend. But also remembering everything he had done to them and apologising, gaining their forgiveness."

Notch nodded, and looked back towards his brother.

To save the life of one of my leaders, is known as heroic, he is a hero

"He saved Captainsparklez too, from the same spell."

Herobrine enchanted the leader of equality with the imprisonment spell?

"Yeah, and he very nearly died from it too."

Notch smiled.

I guess Herobrine got what was coming to him, that spell is forbidden in the land of Minecraftia, but as I was saying. Saving the leaders makes you a hero, and if you died in the process, the reward is life.

"But Herobrine told me that no-one can get you out of the coma. Not even you."

His eyebrows raised.

Oh really? Clever boy. He lied so he would make you think I couldn't save him, because he knew that your first instinct would be to come to me.

I hadn't saved Derp, but if he knows Notch bright him back, he will feel worthy.

"So you're going to bring Derp back."

Yeah, I might as well, I might make him a leader for saving 2 of my leaders. I will make him...the leader of forgiveness.

Notch teleported away, and I followed. We ended up in Seto's house, everybody was crying, but stopped when we turned up.

Now, a little birdy told me that a noble being died here today.

I rolled my eyes at the petty remark, but I let him carry on.

Herobrine lied to you, I can bring him back.

I watched as all their eyes widened.

"Really?" Ssundee said, almost falling out of his seat.

Duh yeah, and as a reward for saving two of you, I am going to make him a leader.

He eyed Jordan and Ssundee closely as he said that.

"The leader of what?"

Forgiveness

Notch clicked his fingers and Derp sprung up, breathing heavily.

His girlfriend stood up quickly and hugged him. Squeaker I think her name was.

"W...What." He said, his voice sounded raspy and dry.

Notch ignored this and told him everything telepathically, I watched as Derp froze, taking everything in. Notch turned to Squeaker.

Are you the girlfriend of this leader?

"Y...yes I am, m'lord."

He smiled at her, and she calmed down slightly.

Take care of him, don't let him get into any trouble. You can be his icon, if he loses you, he will be weak. You have a big responsibility, play it well.

"I will, you can count on me."

I watched as Derp turned Squeaker around and kissed her. I looked away, blushing furiously.

Um, I'll be going now

Notch saluted and teleported away, I decided it was best if I left to.

"I'll go too, I'll come meet you sometime, considering the dark lord is dead, I'll get bored."

They all waved and I teleported back to the nether, I was approached by a zombie pigman, the leader of them.

The Lord Herobrine is dead, you will take over from him.

"Oh...Um...Ok"

He guided me to the throne room, where all of the mobs were located.

When did this happen?

They sat me down on the throne, and slowly placed a crown on top of my head. I was now the king of the nether.

I won't be evil, I'll just keep things as they were before. I sat atop the throne, realising my situation.

They all bowed down to me, chanting my name. I sat back, smiling too myself.

I guess some stories do have good endings.
