Ok, so I want to address this situation. There are millions of people who suffer depression bulling, abuse, and every other thing. And they feel as if they don't have a voice. So I'll be the voice for them.

First up Depression.

Listen up!

Some of you may feel like you don't belong.

There is no reason to live.

People would be happier if I disappeared.

First I want to say. Stop it and STOP IT RIGHT NOW! You do belong in this world. God put you down on this earth for a reason and I NEED to live for this reason. There is a Reason to live. Just because you don't find it in an instance that doesn't mean you feel sad ok! You have people like me, Michelle Obama and a whole bunch of others that care for you. And you may feel like people would be Happier if you disappeared. NO THE HECK THEY WOULDN'T. I may not know you but I am here. So reach out to me if you want. 

Just Know you are a beautiful person inside and out. The people that are in your life that stood with you through thick and thin are the PEOPLE who wouldn't be happy if you disappeared. And this goes out to EVERY SINGLE BEAUTIFUL PERSON ON THIS EARTH.

YOU HAVE A FRIEND IN YOUR LIFE, I AM ONE OF THEM. So please smile in the end because you deserved it, ok!

Next is bulling

I say this subject is the main cause of depression. Ever heard of the story where there is the 11-year-old girl was being bullied, through social media and at school. She one day stood up to her bullied, but when she got home everything changed. Her parents came home to find her hung. Yea, she killed herself because she was being bullied. So to any bully out there whatever the heck is wrong in life where you fill the need to take it out on innocent life is not ok. You are contributing to the many kids, teens, and adults who end up with depression and killing themselves. And to the kids, teens, and adults who are suffering, PLEASE, tell someone so they can help you, and if they don't listen keep telling cause eventually someone will. 

I am here for You.

Last but not least Abuse:

First off. I need you to understand Abuse is different from being bullied. Abuse can more painful if goes unnoticed.  People who are being abused this goes out directly to you.

GET HELP. Whatever risk you gotta take. TAKE THEM, because you shouldn't live your life like this. It's going to be a long and painful walk, but for support.

So to end on a happy note.

We all deserve a life that we all love. And there is going to be ups and downs but I am with you.
