Magneto is standing near the water looking at the statue of liberty

He sticks out his hands toward it and focuses and all of a sudden the statue starts to shake and its concrete base starts to crumble

Finnaly it lifts up in the air and starts coming towards new York and magneto

When it Finnaly gets right over new York magneto throws it into some buildings and it destroys some buildings and now its heading for stark tower

At stark tower the avengers are getting ready to find magneto When they see the statue of liberty coming straight at them

T-uh banner this would be a good time for

All of a sudden they hear hulk roar

T-theres the charm

Hulk jumps out of the building and catches the statue of liberty and sets it down gently

C-Avengers assemble

They all gether around steve rogers

C-keep attacking him until you have nothing left we can't let him win

T-alright lets go

The find magneto and hes just standing there

M-you are all so stupid to think you can beat me

Magneto looks at iron man and closes his fist and Tonya armor starts to crush him but luckily tony gets out before that happens

M-anyone else like to....OW

peter punches magneto in the middle of his sentence

P-WOO THAT FELT GOOD

Magneto calls for the rest of the people and mystique dark beast and quicksilver shows up

Steve tries to throw his shield at one of them but magneto catches it in mid air and hits him with it

Tony calls another suit but in the meanwhile he tries to fight mystique but isn't doing well

Eventually tonys other suit shows up and covers him and with one simple blast from his hand pulsor mystique is sent flying backwards

Peter is trying to fight quicksilver but can't catch him

Finaly peter catches quicksilver with his web but it doesnt hold him for long but as soon as he starts running Logan stops him

Quicksilver looks down and sees Logan's claws pearcing through him then he falls to the ground

P-woah

L-sometimes you gotta be rough kid

Magneto is pushing Steve into the ground using his shield

Steve is gasping for air you won't win

Tony tries to stop him but magneto holds him off with the other hand and throws tony at peter and puts a giant metal pole over them so they can't get back up

Before Steve can get the words out the sky becomes dark and lighting flashes then all of a sudden something comes flying out of the sky straight towards magneto and a big hammer hits magneto and knocks him unconscious then the hammer flies from the ground to a man who appeared

Steve gets up

C-can you help me get that pole off of them

Th-yeah

T-you couldve showed up sooner

Th-you should be thankful I did and not complain about the timing I just happened to be on earth and saw the disturbance

Logan helps thor and steve lift the pole off of tony and peter
