Helping Hands (Rye Beaumont Fan Fiction)

Chapter One: The Fall

Lillie's P.O.V

As I'm walking out of my local supermarket with a carrier bag in one hand, I whip out my phone and text one of my best mates: Krystal:

Lillie: Krystallllllllll xx

Krystal: HOLA! xx

Lillie: What ya doing? xx

Krystal: Just getting my presentation done for work. What about you? xx

Lillie: Just walked out of the shops, had to get some goodies for us when we're at the Strictly Tour tonight! WOOOOOHOOOO xx

Krystal: YES! I'm so excited for it xx

Lillie: Sameeeeee! It's gonna be so much fun xx

Krystal: OH MY GOD LILLIE, SUMMER IN THE CITY HAVE JUST EMAILED BROOKE AND I! THEY WANT ROADIES 'R' US TO DO A MEET-AND-GREET AT THE EVENT!!!!!!!

As I read the message I practically scream with joy for Krystal and Brooke:

Lillie: OH MY FUCKING GOD YES KRYSTAL! I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU BOTH! HAVE YOU MESSAGED BROOKE?! XX

Krystal: JUST DONE IT NOW, I'M CRYING OMFG! XX

Lillie: Awh, congratulations! I'm so happy for you both. You'll have to tell me more about it when I see you tonight. Is Brooke still going to tour too? xx

Krystal: Thank youuuuuuu Lillie! Yes I definitely will be doing that haha! And yes she is - she's not stopped spamming my WhatsApp, she has no clue what to wear xx

Lillie: Aw, that brilliant. I'll be looking forward to seeing you both. Hope Brooke can find something to wear haha! Bye, for now, Fovvs hehe, love youuuuu xxxxxx

Krystal: We're looking forward to seeing too! She'll most-likely end up turning up in a Roadtrip hoodie hahaha! Bye Ryepie haha, love you toooo xxxxxx

I look at the message and laugh, that girl really makes me laugh. The reason why I call her "Fovvs" is because she really likes a guy called Andy Fowler, he's in a boyband called: Roadtrip. His nickname in the band is Fovvs, and Krystal is basically the female version of Andy so, that's why call her Fovvs. The reason why she calls me Ryepie, is because I really like a guy called Rye Beaumont, he too is from the boyband Roadtrip. His nickname growing up was Ryepie, and because I'm in Rye's lane - she calls me Ryepie haha! We do have a very strange friendship, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Krystal is so cool!

I put my phone in my back pocket, and take a step-down the small staircase outside of the shop. After the second step down my foot just gives way, and I end up falling down to the bottom of the stairs. I feel muscles in my right-hand pull, my left-hand scrapping on the concrete floor, and my legs and knees hitting each step. Pain and shock surge through my body - I hiss at the pain that's running through me.

"Oh my God! Miss are you ok?" I hear a male voice say. Before I have a chance to reply two young men come to my aid. I look up at their faces realising who they are. The wave of excitement goes through my body, it was Rye Beaumont and Mikey Cobban from Roadtrip! I am completely speechless, I have no idea what to say. I try and stand-up but then the pain quickly comes running back:

"Ahhhh, my legs"! I hiss in pain,

"Oh, God erm... d'you need anything? A drink, some painkillers?" Mikey asks,

"E-er no thank you, I'll be ok. I-i'm just in shock," I say putting my head in the hands,

"I think we should take her home mate," Rye says to Mikey,

"Yeah, so do I," Mikey replies,

"Oh, you haven't got to do that, I don't live that far away - besides I still have some shopping to do," I say not wanting to get in the way of their plans,

"It's ok, we're more than happy to help. We'll help you with you're shopping and then take you home. It's totally fine," Rye smiles at me,

"O-oh ok. As long as you're sure though?" I say,

"Of course! It's totally fine," Mikey smiles taking my hand to lift me up slowly,

"Thank you both so much. My name is Lillie by the way," I smile,

"I'm Mikey,"

"And I'm Rye," the boys say with lovely smiles.

Well, this little shopping trip has taken a turn. What am I gonna say to Krystal and Brooke tonight then haha...?
