The Dragon of Remnant [ RWBY AU Fanfiction ]

- Chapter 3 -

" Kagura, we have to establish ground rules " Blake sighed as she looked at the fox faunus boy laying on her bed with no intent on moving, his face buried in her pillow which she was nervous as she had hid one of her  more......" Mature " books under said pillow. " Rules?" He looked over towards Blake who's ears had a slight twitch of nervousness " There's gonna be a large problem we can't get another bed in here....and he can't sleep on the floor"Yang made a click sound with her mouth " He could sleep with me~ " Yang grinned " I rather sleep with Blake...." Kagura hissed "Guess he still doesn't like people then?"Weiss blinked seeing how shifty he could be,one minute he's ok with them the next he just wants Blake " Kagura, not everyone has prejudice against faunus' " Blake said as she crossed her arms starring at him ".........i can expect Yang and Rosey......but Weiss......."Kagura hissed towards her which Weiss growled " Your a real brat you know!" She threw a pillow at him which he took to the face. Cross had been laying over Blake's shoulder just looking back and forth between Kagura and Weiss' argument. " Hey Hey now don't start fighting now"Ruby said as Blake climbed onto her bed and patted his head softly hearing as he made a quiet  happy sound "......both him and Blake do the same thing..."Yang muttered as she starred at the two faunus. Kagura had hugged Blake and laid his head on her lap, making her slightly embarrassed but sighed ' now i know how mom felt when i was younger ' she said to herself mentally before just stroking the boys head as his tail swayed. "Well i guess it's settled on the bunking" Ruby sighed "What about the dragon?"Weiss asked, not noticing that Yang had built a little nest that dangled from the ceiling " There ya go little buddy"Yang smiled towards Cross who flu into his new nest and curled up " That's settled,  well then, i guess it's time for bed then "Ruby blinked as the rest of the girls nodded and all began to get prepared for bed, although they would've kicked Kagura out the room but he was already fast asleep "........He may be a brat.....but i have to be honest....that is one cute fox"Weiss said as she took in the scene "...Agreed"the girls nodded

- Time Skip -

".....You can't hide forever....." A faint echoed voice said admist the darkness that surrounded the fox faunus, he was hyperventilating, he knew who this ominous presence was, it was a memory he couldn't forget " Run all you want.......she can't last much longer.....Dragon" he turned to see a familiar visor glowing yellow in the darkness, before seeing a similar chest plate that matched the visor.

This armor resembled that of a bat, symbolically that is. The armored man had made his way towards Kagura, who found himself now trapped on a bed, strapped down amd unable to move " Your going to be the first of my new subjects in this experiment......let's see if you break" he said as Kagura began shaking, struggling on the bed trying to get free  from his bindings but could not as he saw a doctor appear from the dark mist, holding a tray full of different tools,this caused Kagura to begin to scream in fear.

Soon enough he woke up with Blake holding him close to her chest. He was confused before he heard her ask him " What did you see?" Her voice was tired amd groggy but she was still more than awake to be concerned " I saw......the man who branded me...." he replied as Blake's hand had moved behind his neck to where  the Faust brand was and and said quietly "....did it hurt again?" She asked ".....i woke up before he took me.....there" he looked down away from her which she began stroking his head " Tell me....what did he do to you,besides the brand?" She asked softly " They tortured me.......they used me for test....putting different elements in my body....this weird substance...everyday" he said as je began tearing up " Shhhhh....they can't hurt anymore.....i won't let them..."she kissed his head as she comforted him while he wept, for some reason she couldn't explaim her actions but she felt as if she needed to give him the affection he deserved and needed.
