As I was walking, I saw a very tall building.

'Ah! That must be it! '

When I arrived it the school, I was just standing there, scared.

I don't like going to places I don't know so I'm very nervous.

As I was looking around, there was a boy. He was maybe about 16 or 17. He came over to my saying,

"Hey! New kid. I'm Elan. What's your name?"

"O-oh, hello. I-i'm Star- Shadow."

He gave me a strange look.

"Okay...? Nice to meet you Shadow."

" Y-you too, Elan.

We had a long conversation. We were laughing and giggling but then our conversation came to an end.

"I-I have to go and get my s-stuff. S-see you around."

Elan waved at me as I walked into the school.

I look back and waved back shyly with a blush.

When I got to my locker, two boys were in front of my locker.

"U-umm, excuse me...."

"What do you want?!" Said Lucas and his friend, John.

"O-oh... I just need t-to get to my locker..."

"Looks like we have a shy one. John get him!"

John ran too me, punching and kicking me. As he was punching me, he scratched me on my eye.

"Ahh!"

"Shadow!" As John got a hold of me, Elan kicked him.

I guess he heard my screaming.

I secretly teleported both Lucas and John away from us.

"Hey Shadow are you- wait a moment."

He takes a look around, looking confused.

"Where is Lucas and John? Oh well- Oh stardust! Shadow your eye!"

I has a big scratch on my eye. It was hurting a lot, but I held back the tears. Elan's eyes turn red.

"U-uhh... E-Elan...."

His red eyes were scaring me.

" I forget to tell you earlier. I can sense things"

"Oh.... "

" You're in pain, aren't you Shadow?

'You just said that you can sense things. Ofc I'm in pain'

I reply while wincing,

"Mhm"

"Okay, let's go to the nurse."

As I nodded, Elan started taking me to the nurse.

Tears run down my face as I cry softly.
