Hello everyone! I hope you read the little note I published. If you did, I got a little carried away with it. More than a little. Thank you so much for over 150 reads guys! ♥️♥️

"Ada? It's time for your questioning."

Ada's heart started racing but went back to normal as she remembered she was at the police station. Ada stood up, and followed the man into a room. It had a desk with a chair on one side and two on the other.

Ada said in one of the two chairs, while the officer sat down in the other. "Tell me what has happened from the start." He said.

"Well, my uncle didn't like my mother being pregnant. He always hated children and kids. He gave my mother and father some water one day with poison in it. It made them go crazy. My mother never fed me enough and kept me locked in a room. She did the same thing with my siblings as well. One day, not long ago, we ran away. We hid in an alley for about a week when I got a job. I was also raped by my uncle, Charles. Then, we met our aunt in the Walmart bathroom and she took us in. We thought she was just a nice stranger, but one night I heard her talking on the phone. She had said something about her being our aunt and that she was going to take us to our mother again in five days. So we waited four days and ran away again. We bought an apartment and she followed us there and kidnapped us. We were brought to the place you sent a team to. I was raped again by Charles and we were tortured. Then, while I was in the bathroom with my mother and everyone was not in the room, I snuck out and untied my siblings then we bolted to the door. Now, we're here."

He nodded taking all of this in. He asked a few more questions. "You said he raped you? Twice?" He was writing stuff down. "Yes." "Okay, you can go now. Tell both of your siblings to come in here." She nodded, walking out.

"Ally, Asher, the officer is ready for you guys." They nodded and went in, closing the door behind themselves.

As Ally and Asher told Ada what they had told the officer, she realized they had said almost the exact same thing.

Ada heard their names called. When she got up and saw a woman, who looked very professional, walking towards them.

"We have come to the conclusion that they, all 5 of them, will be in prison." She told her. "Okay, I expected that. How long will they be there for?" Ada asked, she had the right to know.

"Lifetime. They will be in separate cells from other inmates and be on close watch. They will always be closely watched, including while they are improving their hygiene. The guards will keep watching while switching in and out. They will be there for a long long time, and I promise they will never bother you again." She promised Ada, so that must mean it's true.

Ada nodded. "My name is Sky, by the way." She said, walking away. As Ada watched her walk away, she turned and saw her siblings behind her.

She wondered what all they had heard from her and Sky's conversation.

"We heard everything," Ally said, reading her mind. Ada nodded.

Ada turned as she heard her name being called again. She saw another woman walking up to her.

"Would you like to take custody of Ally and Asher?" She asked. "Yes, yes of course. What do I have to do?" She asked, surprised that she was asked the question.

"I just need you to sign a few papers. Come with me." She turned and swiftly walked off.

Ada glanced at her siblings and they nodded. She followed the woman quickly, who stood by a door waiting for her.

She followed the woman in and sat in a chair. She gave her some papers to fill out.

"I will also be giving you some questions to answer." The woman said, giving her a pen. Ada nodded.

When Ada finished the paper and answering the woman's questions, she went back to the lobby to get her siblings.

She walked up to them and said, "I am now in custody of you two, I am your legal guardian." She told them.

"We are also free to go so let's go to our apartment and get some rest." They nodded and they all left the police station.

An officer had offered to drive them there, after all they've been through. Ada took the offer and he drove them there.

"Thank you so much sir." Ada said, when they got out of his car. "You are very welcome." He said, starting to drive away.

As Ada, Ally, and Asher were walking into their apartment, they remembered they had stolen food from Emily and Camilla.

"I'll make us some quick sandwiches to eat." Ada said. She got out bread, cheese, and other things and made four sandwiches.

Two for herself and one for her siblings each.

After she had put away the food, and they got done eating, Ada told them goodnight and they all went to their rooms.

It was about time they all got a good night's sleep.

Ada walked into her room, shutting the door behind her. She kept the light on and changed into comfortable clothes to sleep in.

After Ada had changed, she turned off the light, and crawled into bed. She laid in bed, submerging herself in her pillow, while cocooning her whole body in the blanket.

Ada found it between easy and hard to sleep that night.

She was happy that she was finally free, but was still a little afraid because of a burden in her heart still hung.

She was still afraid they would come back, but as Ada closed her eyes one last time, she found herself asleep and in a dream.
