Kate Tresa, 16 and in her sophomore year of high school, sits on a plane on the way to London, England where her and her grade will proceed to do a tour around Germany, Spain, Italy, France, and a few smaller countries over the course of a month. She has headphones on and is listening to music through them while trying to ignore her bully, Davis Summers. He decided to sit in the back of the plane with Kate because she had no friends -Davis made sure of that- so nobody would see him bully her. Throughout the flight he would randomly yank on her tail or one of her ears all the while smiling smugly as he knows that she won't make noise - she's too shy for that - she does her best to ignore him and focus on the music. She suddenly whimpers as he slips he cold hand up her shirt and she grabs her stuff and moves across the isle, turning towards the window and away from him while putting her bag in the seat next to her so he can't sit there.
"Oh come on now Katie" he calls out in a sing song voice using the pet name he knows she hates and moving over to her, throwing her stuff on the ground. "It's not like it's the first time I've does that~" he says softly so nobody can hear, while slipping his hand up the back of her shirt, eliciting a small gasp from the terrified girl.
"S-stop..." she whimpers on the verge of tears "p-please don't..."
suddenly the plane rumbles violently before a deafening blast is heard from the opposite side of the plane. The plane slowly stalls in the air before the nose turns down, sending the now flaming plane hurtling towards the earth. Kate grabs her backpack, which has spare clothes and some snacks and puts it on, tightening the straps around her small frame so she doesn't lose it as tears stream from her eyes. She runs to the front of the plane where she is in the back of the line for parachutes, with Davis directly in front of her. Luckily he doesn't notice her as they eventually get parachutes and jump, yanking the rip cord and deploying the chute. The plane explodes, causing flaming debris to come raining from above and ripping through a few parachutes, causing the students to plummet to their deaths. Kate looks away as more and more fall until it is just her and one other person, Davis. She lands gently in the water and swims over to a nearby floating piece of plane and gets on top of it, wrapping the parachute around the parachute pack as she floats around on the debris, desperately searching for land.
