Council de Astrologías (Council of the Astrology) is the designed administration of the Zodiacus Beta Gaming Universe to guide the Zodiac characters throughout the game. Each one—except for the Gemini—represents one zodiac sign and has the ability to shapeshift into their representative animals, which are also themselves. This organization is the Sun's sign, a symbolism of the Sun's new birth.
The difference between the Council and the Zodiacs are not only the Council's power to manipulate and lead the game, but also, they got the gift to inherit their own representative animals, unlike the Zodiacs that representative animals aren't one with their bodies, they can't shapeshift into their representative animal.
The Council is composed of 13 ladies that obtain the will of the Zodiacus Beta, each one has different roles, different responsibilities and different personalities.
