"I find it hard to believe you have never had real friends"

Present

Luhan, Kyungsoo, Xiumin and Baekhyun had decided to go out to unwind.

Instead of going out to a club though they went to a high class bar which had the right amount of noise to promise a chilled evening.

As usual the staff seemed to know Baekhyun and the gang  later discovered it was one of his husbands many businesses. 

"Wow Baek, I knew you guys were rich but I feel like that's an understatement," Luhan said as he admired the high class bar in awe.

"I agree. You're spoiling us and I feel like we don't give back enough even as friends," Kyungsoo said also admiring the place.

"Don't worry about it. I don't need anything, your love and friendship is all I need. I spoil you guys because I love you. You're actually my first real friends and you make me happy. So this all isn't a waste. Daddy actually grew up with nothing but he was smart. He started small but now has a whole empire and always encourages me to enjoy life and spend as much as I want because I'm worth it. So you should all know you're worth the expense,"  Baekhyun said giving his friends a heart stopping smile.

"Awwww... Baek, you're going to make me cry," Xiumin said initiating a group hug and all his friends went on about how they love him too.

"I find it hard to believe you have never had real friends. Who wouldn't fall in love with your bubbly character,"  Luhan said with a giggle and everyone agreed.

"I...I haven't really had a great background and didn't have a lot of close people around me," Baekhyun confessed what he never tells new people.

Only 4 people knew his whole story.

Two of them found out because Chen has a big mouth and he had told his Daddy when he was ready.

And now it seemed he was ready to reveal a bit of himself to his friends. His real friends.

"I'm sorry to hear that, Baek. You are such a happy person I would have never suspected you had a tough childhood,"  Kyungsoo said with a frown.

"I used to be...an angry person, but then after I met my daddy he changed that and turned into this ball of sunshine,"  Baekhyun said but they all noticed he was hesitant.

"If it's hard to talk about we understand.  You can tell us your story when you're ready," Xiumin said.

"I'm not afraid to tell you. I'm more afraid of how you will react," Baekhyun confessed.

"Even if you murdered someone, that wouldn't change how we see you Baek. We are not going anywhere,"  Luhan said giving him an encouraging smile which Baekhyun returned.

"First of all my mother was a prostitute. Many kids didn't want to be friends with me because of that. The other kids would bully me because of that. My mother then asked a friend of hers who was a small time gangster to teach me how to fight so that I could defend myself.

One day I snapped and beat up one kid for them to back off but it didn't stop there. Since they couldn't beat me up they would make fun of me or talk about how my mother sucks dixks every night or whatever.

So I learnt to be in my own because I could never trust anyone. That's why I have never had real friends," Baekhyun said, leaving his friends in silent shock.
