Chapter 10, "It's Either Him Or Us"

"What's up with Louis and Brooke?" I stood by the staircase questioning Niall as he walked downstairs with his suitcase, "What do you mean?" He eased into bafflement as he placed his suitcase by the front door as I followed his lead.

"Louis was worried on how Brooke would react when he leaves for the U.K. on Tuesday." Ashton informed as he came into the conversation while Niall threw a deep glare at Ashton until he burst out, "How the hell do you know!?"

Why do I sense tension?

"Louis asked me for advice during the walk." Ashton shortly shrugging while Niall's face burned in anger, "why did he go to you?! I would've helped, I'm Brooke's best friend!"

"Niall calm down, Ashton was probably there at the time." I shot between the two boys as the intense tension increased....

"You're right. I'm sorry Ashton." Niall slid past us after his mutter of an apology.

"Wait that British idiot is leaving?!"

Brooklyn's POV

Once we entered the cabin after our peaceful walk we were greeted by everyone staring at us with their suitcases being in a rush to leave.

"You really want to leave? I thought you guys liked this trip." Louis chuckled as he went to pick his and my suitcase from the ground.

I took hold of mine while everyone stayed silent staring at us in a emotion I couldn't work out, "What's up?" I darted in between each of our friends faces as they remain silent until Harry stomped downstairs dumping his suitcase on the floor as soon as he saw Louis.

He stormed over looking quite irritated at something until he aggressively pinned Louis against the door so I tried to get in between them, "Harry what is wrong with you?"

"Stop siding with him. You've got to choose, it's either him or us, meaning mom and I." Harry pulled away to take hold of his suitcase before storming out leaving me in disbelief,

I didn't have any words to produce I eyed my boyfriend who placed his hand on my back as Ana echoed her assurance, "I'm sure he doesn't want you to choose."

I just lightly shrugged as my mom walked downstairs smiling over at Louis and I having no idea what just happened, "well it's was nice to meet you, Louis."

"You too." Louis beamed a smile back before we headed outside.

I saw Harry leaning against Liam's car with hope within his eyes but was soon replaced with irritation once he saw Louis take hold of my hand, "you were supposed to choose me! I'm your brother! I tried to protect you! Once he breaks your heart don't come running to me!" Harry slammed Liam's car door as I deeply sighed to myself.

"Honey, he doesn't mean it." My mom wrapped me into a hug with her before she went over to Harry.

I heavily sighed as I made my way over to Louis' car with my suitcase,

The whole of the car ride with Louis, Ana and Niall stood in silence that I couldn't stand so I turned the radio on to drown out the thoughts and silence,

"The world has been going crazy this week, especially for the drama school cast, Louis Tomlinson is releasing his smash hit single tomorrow with fellow colleague/lover Brooklyn Bailey-Styles. It appears the drama school cast has drama amongst themselves. On Wednesday Brooklyn's brother Harry punched her in public. It appears the hit was supposed to be for Lou-."
