Chapter 6, It's All Out There Now

Soon that joyful moment soon ease into something else I couldn't explain, her joyful smile soon faded once she made contact with the pancakes,

"Shoot! We got work! We can't be late! We're on our last warning, if we mess up we're both out on our ear." Brooke anxiously expressed after realisation soon hit her as I grew in bafflement, "But we only had one warning?"

"We only get one warning. We need to get dressed and walk our boys." She dragged me out of the stall being held in a rush.

"It's okay, we walked your dogs." Ana stood at the door frame with her smile which lead Brooke to gasp her question, "what time did you get up this morning?" 

Both Ana and Niall were both dressed and ready, they made us pancakes and walked our dogs so they must've woke up at least an hour or just over before they were meant to.

Brooke continued to freeze halfway in the room so I lead her back to the kitchen island so she could eat her pancakes that she was lowkey avoiding....

"What's wrong?" I asked with my worrying tone taking her out of her day dream where she just softly mumbled her answer, "I'm not keen on eating pancakes today."

Hearing that Niall immediately strolled in the room pretending to be offended, "Don't you like our pancakes?"

I don't think Brooke realised he was joking as she grew in serious guilt, "I'm sorry... It's not that... they look amazing and I bet they taste amazing... it's just.... I'm not hungry." She shakily mumbled out her words as she rushed out the rom leaving me to think back to what I read in her feelings book...

I won't let James get to her anymore. She's got me!

Continuing In Louis' POV

I swiftly made my way out of the kitchen to search for Brooke with my worried mind until I saw her sat in the living room chatting to Ana.

I didn't want to disturb so I made my way back into the kitchen seeing Niall was stuffing his face with Brooklyn's pancakes.

"Niall!" I exclaimed snatching the plate away in an instant while Niall shot a glare at me, "Ana and I made those. Can't I treat myself? Plus Brooke doesn't want them sooo." Niall sneaky lifted his hand about to take another before he could do so I snapped his hand away, "you're unbelievable."

I made my way out of the room to bring the pancakes to Brooke in the living room, "darling." I held the plate in front of her.

I watched her as she slowly took a bite out of the pancake after some hesitation while Niall grabbed a another off her plate causing her to giggle softly to herself.

Ana looked up pointing over to the door basically telling me she wants to talk to me so we both made our way out the room,

"I can't stop thinking about what Brooke said to Harry yesterday. I can't believe this. I'm glad that controlling manipulative guy out of her life. I'm not saying this because I love you both together, but you two are just beautiful together who'll treat each other so well. I loved the banter between you both and I can see you genuinely make each other laugh and smile. Brooke even said that yesterday. It was beautiful hearing what she said about you. Seeing what you two have got is so beautiful too." Ana explained with a beam as we Walked through the hallway.
