Nightmare

CH.2 Meeting

It was finally time Rhythm and his sisters walked away from their home and slid into the back of the car. their mother  smiled at them with tears in their eyes and their father stared at them with all the pride a father could ever hold for his children.

the three of them waved good bye to their parents and lay-ed back against the seat. as the car pulled away from the house and down the drive way.

"and you thought they'd try and stop us",Misery said grinning at her brother 

"yes i did but i see now that they were just as proud of us for not backing out of the decision we made", he looked at his sister with his own pride showing threw he was proud of himself and them they'd made a decision for their selves...

"what do you think the meeting will be like?",Purity asked looking out at the trees as the began to leave the city.

"i'm not sure",Rhythm said playing with his phone,"but we'er suppose to gather at a temple somewhere deep in the jungles of Barbara to a sacred temple or something"

"oh do we know which god or goddess it is?", she asked her eyes alight with excitement ,delight 'and fear? Misery noticed It too which only made Rhythm want to comfort his sister even  more but it would do little good they were already on their way there not much they could do but wait and see.

"no",Misery replied when Rhythm didn't, "we don't, all we know it that a divine being is hosting the contest and that upon arrival we will be given instructions and rules on how this contest works"

"well what ever happens i'm just glad we'er gonna be representing the guardians for the first time in history i think",Rhythm smiled

"yeah and we won't have to worry about someone hurting us because we've got six pairs of eyes like we'd really get hurt",Misery stated pulling her legs under her chin.

"now you guys be serious we don't want to become to arrogant and end up getting killed",Purity said bringing them back from their high.she was right this was a competition in which creatures of the lore lost feet,arms,legs and even their heads.... though guardians couldn't die from a simple beheading they could however be killed while still young and not completely immortal yet.

"okay okay way to kill a buzz Purity",Misery glared at her,"well take extra precautions just to be safe"

"that's all i'm asking for"

they rode the rest of the way in silence Rhythm stared out the window watching as the trees and foliage became thicker and animals became more frequent through out the drive. finally making it to the destination point the tree of them grabbed their bags and walked up into the hotel room.

after they'd finished unpacking into their temporary home. the three of them began the drive to the airport where they took a sky diving plain over Barbara.

"you sure you wanna do this Purity?! we could just walk you know!",Rhythm shouted over the roar of the engine his heart racing he was afraid heights but sweet innocent Purity loved them even jumped from them. which explained why they were in a sky diving plain.

Rhythm remembered a conversation only two weeks before they had entered this competition he'd called Purity a mad cow jumping from thing's big as she was small. she'd called him a wuss and dared him to jump from on top of the house of course he'd called her a few choice words before he'd stormed off back into the house.

now looking at the green earth beneath him he felt as if the house jump might have helped him with this jump.

"ladies first!"screamed Misery and pushed Rhythm out the door she was right behind him. Rhythm screamed loud and full his eyes watering from the rush of air. Rhythm felt him self begin to relax soon though after the first three minutes his eyes opened again and this time  the trees were closer.
