Summer's POV
"Its all up to you" those words stayed in my head. I slowly started waking up. "Guys she's waking up" i heard Jacob scream. I slowly opened my eyes to see everyone there, my mom, my aunt, jacob and Hayes.
"Aww sweetie i missed you" my mom and aunt said while giving me a hug.
"I missed you too. I wont let nothing happen to you." Jacob said and then Cameron and Nash came in.
"Hey babe" he kissed my head. So did Nash.
"Summer im so happy to see you, i missed you. and i love.... " i cut him off and just kissed him on the nose and "Me too" i said.
Dr.Pam asked everyone to leave expect for 1 other person so my aunt stayed.
Summer how are you feeling? she asked me, im doing fine.
"So summer we got all the test results back.... im so sorry summer. Summer you have stage 1 of cancer." she said i stayed crying so hard and i couldn't believe it. I know have cancer.
" A are y you p playing around?" i asked.
"No sweetie you have cancer." she said.
30 mintues later.
Hayes came in and ran to me to give me a hug. I didn't want to tell him that I have cancer.. "Whats wrong?" Oh nothing im just so happy to be able to go home.
He just nodded. My mom went to jacob and told them and you just see jacob sprint out of the hospital. Cameron chases him.
Jacob's POV
I saw cameron running after me. "Hey man you alright" he asked me. " No, summer h has c cancer!" i said to him crying.
"Oh my gosh Jacob I'm so sorry" i gave him a hug.
Dont tell Hayes, summer doesnt want him to know so please dont. He nodded his head and we headed back inside.
