It was the day before Darius started, and I was really nervous. My friends and I were in the party room next to my room, half of them going with me to Darius and the other half off to Rochester Lincoln U.

"I can't believe Emma put hand sanatizer in your Prada heels! What a wasp," my best friend Almas said. She was going with me to Darius, along with my other best friend, Gowaria.

"I know. She wanted to get me back for that come back when she called me a jerk."

"What happened to your shoes?"

"Oh, that's the best part," I smiled slyly. "Thanks to Emma, mom bought me those new Jimmy Choo diamond heels I've been dying to get."

"Omigod Asiyah, your mom is so cool!"

The sleepover was awesome. Before we went to sleep, one of my friends, Jennifer, pulled out a shoe box. "Hey guys. Want to play Spin the Secrets?" Inside the shoe box was a green glass bottle.

"Jenny, that is so lame. What if we lie?" I told her.

"Oh, I suppose. But we still need to use this bottle somehow."

I thought about it. "Well, I still need to get Emma back somehow."

Haleema, my sympathetic friend gasped. "Weren't the Jimmy Choo heels enough?"

I shook my head. "I like those, but I really miss my Prada shoes."

Gowaria flipped her hair and laughed. "Well, I like it. What shall we do?"

"I got it!" I exclaimed. "Emma and her friends are sleeping over. We'll sneak outside and put some bugs in the bottle. Then we'll serve it to her and her snooty friends!"

"That's great, asiyah, except for one thing. This glass is crystal clear!"

"Gowaria, my sister will do anything. Don't worry."

After Jenny and I put centipedes and ants in the bottle, we headed back.

"Here," I said, giving the bottle to Haleema. "You're the nicest to Emma, so she won't suspect a thing."

Haleema looked uncomfortable. "Are you sure you want to do this, Asiyah?"

"Of course. Just knock on my sister's door and hand her this bottle. She'll pour a glass, and....." I pushed Haleema out.

Ten minutes later, we heard screaming.

"It worked!" I exclaimed. I gave a high five to all of my friends. "Now let's head down for down for soda to celebrate".

We ran downstairs to find my mom cleaning the kitchen. She was wiping down the counter. She didn't say hi or anything, just continued working.

I sung the fridge door open and took out some Sprite. Then I took out a glass and poured it, only to find centipedes and ants spilling out.

I screamed and dropped the glass. "It's, it's bugs!"

My sister and her snooty friends arrived, smirking. "Nice try, Bossiayah. I HAVE a brain. And I can see bugs through a clear green bottle. You on the other hand..." She giggled and ran upstairs with her friends.

My mother and friends helped clean up the mess. While we were at it, my mom whispered, "Jimmy Choo heels not looking so bad, huh?"
