Izuku has a quirk it is very similar to the abilities of Momo except he can turn anything around him into whatever he likes instead of using his own fat lipids. His abilities are like the full metals alchemists' except without the transmutation circ...
"Well young Midoriya it appears that you will have a quirk in fact it appears to have already manifested but all we could figure out from the tests is that it is some form of combination of your mother's telekinesis and some sort of extreme heat quirk but for some reason you can't seem to use it yet." Said the doctor while smiling at a four-year-old Izuku who is practically beaming with pure joy at having a quirk.
"What do you mean it has already manifested, surely he would already be using the quirk if it has already appeared?" Inko asked the doctor with concern evident in her voice.
"I am not sure Miss Midoriya but maybe his is so weak that it can only move extremely small objects or perhaps he needs something to help him activate the quirk, but I am absolutely certain that it has already manifested. Before I forget I ran a few other tests on your son and it appears that he also has an eidetic memory, which means that he will be able to recall any thing he has seen with perfect clarity"
"Thank you Doctor. Come on Izuku lets go home and try and figure out your quirk, maybe we can have your auntie come over and help would you like that?" Izuku became so excited at being able to see his auntie again that he was practically dragging his mother out of the office and towards their car. 'I wonder if his quirk is actually strength enhanced excitement' Inko thought whilst being dragged along to the car.
Small time skip
Izuku and Inko arrived home and Izuku was still visible shaking with anticipation to seeing his auntie. The door bell rang to their apartment and Inko jumped off the couch and started walking towards the door thinking that it was her sister coming to visit little Izuku. When Inko opened the door, she was met with the unfriendly face of her ex-husband, the fire breathing villain known as Inferno. Inko quickly slammed the door shut only for it to be kept opened by her ex-lovers' foot. "Izuku hide!" Inko screamed, having heard the panic in her voice Izuku quickly lost his excitement and started running to his room to hide. "How did you find us Hisashi, we had the pro hero's help hide us from you"
"You could never hide from me forever. Did you honestly think that you could hide my son from me forever, with my genes he will be the perfect test subject for my sensei's nomu."
"No, I will never let you near him!"
"You don't have a choice, there is nothing you can do to stop me." Inferno started walking towards Izuku's room to grab the boy.
"Nooo, you will have to go through me to get to him!" Inko screamed while running in-between Inferno and izuku's room.
"So be it." Inferno said with no emotion in him voice. After saying this Inferno opened his mouth and activated his quirk, a raging tornado of fire poured flowed out of his mouth aimed towards Inko burning her to a crisp in seconds. Her screams could be heard from two blocks away while Izuku could only watch in horror at his mother's death, but despite the pain she felt she still stayed in-between Inferno and Izuku trying to protect him till the very end. Just outside the apartment complex a hero heard the screams of the young mother.

After hearing the screams of the women, the young pro (At this time she is 22 years old and only recently made her hero debut) ran into the apartment complex as fast as she could. When she found the source of the screams she noticed that not only was there smoke billowing out of the door but it was her sister's apartment, Midnight doubled her efforts powered by pure adrenaline and concern. She ran into the apartment and saw her sister's ex-husband (AKA the villain Inferno), she quickly activated her quirk to knock out the villain. Inferno quickly collapsed due to Midnights quirk, after the villain collapsed midnight quickly ran into the apartment to search for her sister and her son. She found her sister quickly however there was not much left of her and the only way that she was able to recognise the burnt corpse as her sister was the emerald necklace around the corpse that she gave her sister last year on her birthday. Right now was not the time for grief because her favourite nephew was not to be seen and the apartment was on fire, so she pushed down her emotion and starting searching the apartment. Midnight quickly dashed into Izuku room hoping to find him but what she found broke her heart, Izuku was in the corner of the room curled up into a ball crying his eyes. She ran over to the poor boy and wrapped her arms around him whilst trying to calm him down with her voice "It's ok zuzu your favourite auntie is here for you, everything is ok now.". She picked up the small child in her arms with her surprisingly strong arms despite her figure, she left Inferno in the burning apartment because he was fire proof and could not be hurt by the flames.
When she walked out of the apartment complex, she was met by all of the emergence services Fire, ambulance and police, which were called by a concerned neighbour when she saw inferno walking into the building. She walked to the ambulance first to get the crying boy checked for injuries before walking towards the police to talk about inferno, but when she tried to walk away Izuku small little hand clung tightly to her hero costume refusing to let go of the only family he has left. Nemuri nearly burst into tears seeing the fear in her nephews' eye, she knew that she could not leave him alone after what just happened, so she stayed with him until the paramedic gave him the all clear. She picked Izuku up and held him in her arms, with him still not loosening his grip on his auntie. After finally giving the report to the police and making sure that Inferno had been capture and taken away Nemuri looked down to the small child still in her arms to find that he has fallen asleep but is still holding on firmly (for a four-year-old) onto his auntie. Nemuri decided that it was about time that they went home to get some well deserved after the day they had.
Midnight returned home to her own apartment with the still asleep Izuku cradled in her arms. Her apartment was a moderate size but was warm and felt like a home with picture of herself with family and friends placed within the apartment, the furniture in the apartment was not overly expensive but all of it was good quality. It had three bedrooms with her own bedroom a guest room and the last bedroom was converted to her own private room filled with all of her hero supplies including extra suits and sowing machine because she had to constantly rip her suit to use her quirk. Midnight placed Izuku down on the bed in the guest before going to have a shower to wash away the smoke smell from her hair. When she exited the bathroom in her 'pyjamas' which consisted of small tank top and short shorts, she went into the guest room to see Izuku sitting up on the bed just staring into space. She quickly walked over to him and grabed him by his hands and said "come on time for a bath" in the most calming voice she could muster. All the traumatised child could do was nod his head slightly in acknowledgement. Nemuri led Izuku over to the bathroom where she started filling up the bath tub for the child, once it was full she placed the child inside and washed him while hestill had that blank look on his face.

Once he was clean nemuri dressed him in pyjamas that were still here from his last visit (because Inko would keep some clothes here also because they would often stay at her house.). Nemuri went to put Izuku into the guest bed when Izuku spoke up for the first time since the incident "Can I sleep with you tonight Auntie, every time I close my eyes I keep seeing what happened". Nemuri could not contain her sadness any longer after hearing these words and started shedding tears over her deceased sister, "Of course Zuzu" was all Nemuri was able to squeeze out through her tears. They both climbed into Midnights bed before they both cried themselves to sleep. he still had that blank look on his face.
I will end this chapter here but I will address a few things here that might have confused people. Inko and Nemuri are sisters in this Universe with Inko being the eldest by four years and their parents perished at the hands of villains 8 years ago which is what pushed Nemuri to pursue a life as a hero. Inko had Izuku when she was 22 with Hisashi, however she left him before Izuku was born after learning that he was a villain and simply wanted a child with a powerful quirk to use as a weapon (Inko had a reasonable strong telekinesis quirk). They have been hiding from Hisashi ever since.
