I don't own Naruto! Just my charatcers!

*Flash Back*

A little girl with long green hair sat in a cushioned chair of the hospital waiting room. Red eyes patiently eyeing the door in front of her while legs anxiously swing back and forth. A man in a long white coat then comes out the door with a smile on his face and approaches her. He bends down to the girl's level. "Would you like to come see your mother now?" He asks. She nods her head excitedly as he leads her into the room.

There on the bed is a beautiful woman carefully cradling her new born daughter with the father by their side looking lovingly down at the two. As she walks in they look up to see their first born cautiously approach the bed side. She then climbs up, peering over the blanket in which the baby has been wrapped in.

As her eyes reach her new sister her eyes light up with joy and a grin slowly overcomes her face. She then looks to her parents. "Rekka, this is your new sister Emiko." Her mother says in a soft voice, but you can see the exhaustion in her eyes.

"Emiko." The girl replies as if trying to fit the name to the child. "Perfect." She then states in approval with a nod of her head.

Her eyes then find their way back to the sleeping newborn. "Welcome to our world little Emiko." She says in a soft voice filled with excitement.

"Come on Rekka." The father says while picking her up. "Your mother needs her rest."

"Okay." She says quietly as she is carried away before blowing a kiss to her mother and new sister.

*Flash Back End*

I now looked over what used to be our home. Not too much damage one might say. That is if you’re looking at it from the outside. And overlooking all the blood and bodies strewn throughout the Village.

I cover Emiko's head with the blanket that was wrapped around her. She looks at me slightly confused. "Don't look at anything until I say okay?" She nods slowly and places her head in my neck as I begin moving into the house.

The bottom floor as you enter is littered with the blood and body of our mother. I carefully step over her corpse and make my way upstairs. I go straight to Emiko's room and set her on her bed. "You can look now." I say as she opens her eyes and looks around.

I head for the closet and begin to rummage around. "What are you looking for Onee-chan?" Emiko asks. "Nothing much Emiko." I say. "Emiko, I want you to gather yourself some clothes and anything else you want to take with you."

"Are we going somewhere Onee-chan?" She asked shakily.

"Yes. We're going somewhere. I don’t know where but we're leaving and we might not be back for a long time. Okay? Gather what you want to take but don’t pack too much." I said in a comforting voice while placing a couple bags on her bed for her to fill.

"Don't leave your room unless I am with you. I'll just be in my room packing. If you need anything call for me." I didn’t want her to see anything that could scar her. She was shaken up as it was with just what she heard before I could block it from her ears. With a hesitant nod from her I head over to my room. I go straight to the top of my closet and grab a back pack which I quickly fill with some shorts, shirts, jackets, gloves, and a thick blanket stuffed at the bottom all neatly folded to take up less space.

I then strip off my now blood and dirt covered clothes and change into short black shorts, a sleeveless black shirt ending at mid stomach with a fishnet shirt over. I then put on my favorite gray jacket that has many secret pockets so I begin filling them with weapons as well as my weapons pouch attached to my upper right leg.

Grabbing a few more weapon pouches I fill one with medical supplies and bandages, putting lots of extra medicine and bandages into summoning scrolls. I wanted to be careful because I really didn't know when we would come back, if ever. This place would now bring back too many bad memories, yet so many good ones.

Quickly adding summoning scrolls and bombs to another pouch I take the last empty pouch and go throughout the house adding copies of scrolls containing advanced justus I haven't learned yet as well as forbidden justus. Returning to my room I put on my backpack and add the medicine pouch below my weapons pouch on my right leg and the pouch filled with the important scrolls on my upper left leg after placing a seal on it so only I can take scrolls out.

I put on a mask to cover the lower half of my face but leave it down for now and armored gloves to cover both my hands and wrists. The outside world might think nothing of my looks but the ones that destroyed us would. Not that there were any survivors but I’m not taking any chances. Not after what has happened.

As I'm about to head out of my room I pause. Looking back over my shoulder I grab my headband and place it on my forehead with my bangs covering it. I add another head band to my bag. I was going to be for Emiko when she graduated. Father and her teachers said that the day she graduated I could be the one to give it to her. I still planned on giving it to her one day.

I also grab the belt I was given on my last birthday. It was thick and black with elegant fire and dragon designs in gold and silver. It was said to have been pasted down from others with my abilities every hundred years. My parents had thrown a village celebration that day before giving to me. It would be one of the few things I would carry with me from them.

I hear a DONE! from across the hall and enter Emiko's room. Just to be sure I check through her bags, I didn't want anything we slowing us down if possible. Her bag was filled with simple clothes and in a smaller one, some weapons. She was five, but I didn’t mind her with the weapons as she had been recently learning how to use them and I didn’t know what to expect outside the village walls.

Turning towards Emiko I find her changed into tan shorts and a yellow short-sleeve shirt holding on to her favorite panda doll I had own for her on her birthday the year before. It was her comfort when I was not around. Throwing her a beige jacket to keep her warm and had a hood she quietly put it on. Giving her a small smile I pull up her hood and help her put on her backpack and strap the small pouch to her waist.

Picking her back up I go to the kitchen and add all most of our food to a few summoning scrolls, grabbing some maps and money I hoped would be of use before heading to the entrance of the village. Looking up to the top of the gate I send a silent prayer for them all to rest in peace before doing various hand signs for a minute and placing a powerful barrier seal on the entire village. The seal would allow only me or my sister to see or enter the village.

Turning around I lift my hood and slide my headband over my naturally red eyes where it could also be unseen because of my curtain of green bangs. Kneeling down to Emiko’s height I pull her hood up. Standing straight again I hold my hand out for her to grab. We then walk away from the village as I send a silent Goodbye to our once beloved home.
