"Don't steal our food!" said a man angrily. He directed his rifle at me. I jumped on him and he he fell to the ground. A shot went off and blood was running from my leg. Luckily it wasn't a silver bullet.
A wolf attacked the both hunters and killed them. His reddish fur was covered in blood. He was looking at me with kindly yellow eyes. But he disappeared as quickly as he had come.

I wrapped a bandage around my arm and pulled down the sleeve on my hoddie.
"Mommy!" said Max. I lifted up my son and he was smiling happily. "Hello puppy!" I replied. "I want to be a wolf like you!" he said. "You will, when you're older!" I replied.

"Do you think I'll be a good wolf?" asked Max. "Yes!" I said. "Do you think mommy and daddy are proud of me?" he asked. "Of course they are!" I said. "I miss them!" replied Max sadly. "Nala and Elijah will always be in your heart!" I said.
"Sometimes I hear mommy's voice in my dreams!" he replied. "She's watching over you, she's your guardian angel!" I said. "That's sweet!" replied Max.
I couldn't stop thinking about the wolf I had met in the forest. I haven't seen him before. But it feels like I known him.
