i'll give you one more time
we'll give you one more fight
said one more line
there'll be a riot, cause i know you
trixie woke up to the sight of katya banging pots and pans together, balancing a mug of coffee haphazardly on her shoulder.
'what time is it?' the sun burnt trixies eyes, but that's what you get when you squat somewhere with no curtains and massive windows.
'eight thirty!' katya beamed. trixie frowned as her girlfriend handed her the mug, as she was not used to waking up before three in the afternoon. most of their work took place at night, after all.
'right. may i ask why you've woken me up at this ungodly hour?' trixie took a sip of the lukewarm concoction.
'today's the day! our big comeback as the modern day bonnie and fucking clyde.' katya span around, closing her eyes and grinning madly. 'thought we'd have a little day out first, because we can't stay in this makeshift shithole afterwards. yeah, fame and violet are bringing the van as per usual. so i thought we could go to the movies! it's been ages since we went on a date and you know, carpe diem and all that bullshit.'
'sounds good, babe.' trixie beamed. as their line of work often required them to be wise beyond their years, trixie often forgot they were just two crazy, in love eighteen year olds.
'why are you still in bed! get dressed!' katya pulled her up, wrapping her in a hug. 'wear that furry coat i like.' she winked.about an hour later, the two strolled into the local movie theatre. it was quite a sad sight to be honest, empty with only one pissed off worker there.
'hello sir.' trixie said unnecessarily loudly, handing him their tickets. 'can we get a small popcorn, and a cherry slushie please.'
cherry drink for my cherry girl, she thought.
the man took out his earbuds, and rolled his eyes.
'did you hear her?' rudeness often angered katya, especially if it was aimed at trixie. 'get my girl her fucking food. please.' she added condescendingly.
'we will not tolerate verbal abuse towards our staff in this establishment.' he said monotonously.
'and i won't tolerate someone being an asshole to my baby, so i'd hurry up if i was you.' katya slammed the money on the table. the man slowly brought their order over to the counter.
'thank you ever so much.' trixie scoffed, and walked into screen four. the movie was about five minutes in, but neither girl really cared.
it quickly became apparent that katya was invested in this film, and trixie was...not. she'd poke katya every few minutes, or push her girlfriends sunglasses down her face.
'if i give you some coke,' the older finally whispered. 'will you shut up?'
trixie nodded. she sighed, and brought out a small tinfoil package from her pocket. she rubbed her finger in it, then stuck it in trixies mouth.
'now watch. the damn. movie.'guys the good shits gonna start happening from now on so hold on to ur hats
