Chapter 5
The next month flew by quickly. Niall & I talked everyday & he always sent me long & super cute texts when he knows I'm asleep so I can wake up to them. This morning I finished packing my things. I was so nervous on flying out there. I have a deathly fear of airplanes, but I'm doing this for my Niall.
"Bye, Kelli. I'll see you when I get home," I said hugging Kelli & leaving for the airport.
"Bye, Mel! Tell Louis I love him!" she calls as I close the door.
I hop into my car & drive to the airport super nervous. "It's going to be okay, Mel. It's going to be okay," I said to myself. As I got through the security, I grabbed the teddy bear Niall gave me when we first started dating. I squeezed it & then got on the plane. "It's okay, Mel," I heard Niall's voice say in my mind. I miss him so much.
I guess I fell asleep because I was woken up by the innercom telling us we are landing. I clench onto the bear tighter. I was so glad to be off the plane. I got into a cab & went to the hotel the boys were staying at. It's scary how much you can find out on the internet about them. I got a room down the hall from them. I have to stay in my room until I know they have left or when it's really late.
I flopped on my bed & waited for Niall to call me. I really wanted to run & bang on Niall's door. I even had my hand on the doorknob, then Niall called me. "Hey babe!" I yelled answering the phone
"Hey, I miss you soooo much!" he said. I could tell he was sad, you could hear it in his voice. He missed me so much. I couldn't take it. I flung the door open & walked to his room.
"Open your door, baby," I said & hung up the phone. The door slowly opened & I jumped on him, kissing his face.
"Mel!! When did you get here?!" he said hugging me tightly.
"About three hours ago. I was going to surprise you tomorrow after the show, but I could tell you weren't yourself by your voice," I smiled. He is so gorgeous. I missed him so much. I kissed him again & again.
After awhile of talking Niall grabbed my face. "I missed you. I missed seeing your smile in person. I missed your kisses. I missed your hugs. I missed seeing your gorgeous face, either than in pictures," he said before kissing me softly.
"I don't know what I did to deserve you, Niall. You're so perfect," I said & kissed his nose.
Niall & I cuddled on the couch for awhile. Then Harry & Zayn came bursting through the door, very loudly, possibly drunk. "Oh, hey Melody! When'd you get here?" Harry said. His words were slurred. Yup, he's drunk!
"Hey Hazz. Hey Zayn. I got here earlier today," I said. I knew it was going to be noisy. I looked at Niall. He knew what I was thinking. We both got up & I guided him to my room.
"Right down the hall. What a coinsidence!" he said. I laughed & kissed him.
That night, I fell asleep on Niall's bare chest listening to his heart beat & him singing. I missed this so much.
