Tears was the only thing Mindy was able to predict about this 3 hour long bus drive. But a small girl in the back seemed to have the loudest sobs. Her cry's were pure pain and agony, and she was just sitting there, pouring her emotions out for everyone to see. The guards next standing in the isles didn't seem particular happy either.
"Stop bawling, will ya! Fricking kids..." the guard voice was quieter at the end and cut off as an outraged brunette shoved the man away from the poor child. "Show her some sympathy! Because of people like you shes forced to leave her family and survive by herself!" Mindy voiced with an ear-slitting tone, almost deafening, as she screamed viciously at the man in a uniform. The man lost all his confidence as he slowly slide past the furious teen, hissing out a sarcastic 'Sorry', before heading to the front of the train.
Mindy slide next to the wide eyed girl, whispering a small 'Are you okay?' before the little girl whimpered a even smaller 'I'm fine.' Mindy wrapped her tan arms around the little kid, pulling her into a tight embrace before letting her arms drop down back into her lap. Before Mindy could say anything, an icy hand slid onto her shoulder.
As she turned around slowly, her expression turned from pissed to pale white. I front of her stood a 6 foot male with dark, black eyes. His shirt looked to small for him, his muscles outstretching the black tee. His pale skin looked ghostly in the eerie, cheep lighting. He had multiple piercings; a nose ring, both ears pierced, a double one on the right ear. Mindy starred at him with a mixed expression, mostly shock.
"Xavier!" The girl almost screamed, holding her arms out to reach him. She kept repeating the same name until he finally grabbed her hand and held them tightly. Mindy got up until the little girl dragged her back down. "Can she stay?" the little girl questioned to the male standing in front of her. After a while of silence, the ale teen nodded. The little girl sat closest to the winder, Xavier at the end.
"Whats your name?" the girl asked facing Mindy.
"Mindy,"
"Hi Mindy! I'm Amelia!" Amelia said smiling widely. "And thats Xavier, my brother!"
Xavier, huh.
He was an interesting one, he was.
Mindy acknowledged him with a simple hello. He nodded, looking the other way.
This was going to be a long ride.

Dear readers,
Hey! This is Jackie (if you couldn't tell) and i'm sorry this isn't a long chapter. Writing in 3rd person is really hard for me, so i was hoping i could switch over to 1st person? I would be able to write longer chapters, and its just easier for me to express what i want and how i want the characters to act. When i write in 3rd person its hard for me to give the characters personality, and when i write in 1st person i can really make those characters come to life. This has been my ted talk.
