Haytham Point of view
I thought it never came to this, but it did. I lost her... I lost her for good Ziio my Ziio. But I know that I am the one to blame, it was my fault my doing, which caused us to be separated from each other forever. I lied to her I betrayed her trust our love gone, and right now I'm traveling to Europe to continue my work with the order.
Haytham Kenway journal, August 1st 1755

Me and Ziio were at camp that was 5 miles away from Lexington, that's right me and her alone. I've purposely sent  my men back to Boston, to have a nice vacation while I'll told them that I'll will be finding out more answers about the precursor site. However I knew Charles would object, but I told him that I would be fine so the past couple of weeks I've been spending my time with Ziio.

As we both camped together and during our time we talked about each other lives, and we would spend every night making love to each other. Right now it was morning and I looked down to see Ziio who was sleeping peacefully on my chest, while I had my arms wrapped around her small nude frame I smiled and kissed her forehead.
Ziio: hmm
She soon woke up and smiled at me
Haytham: Good morning
As I runned  my fingers through her hair
Ziio: morning you slept well
I smirked at her and chuckled
Haytham: very well my dear, just like every night
I whispered as I bought my lips to her.

1 hour later
Ziio had left the camp almost an hour ago, to hunt for some food to eat. In the distance I heard a horse hooves coming closer to me. I shimmied quickly up the lookout tree and I scanned the area around me. I saw in the distance was a lone rider trotting slowly through the forest, however I allowed myself to relax when I realised it was one of my men Charles Lee.
Haytham: I wonder what he brings him here?
I said to myself as I let myself down the tree, I was still wondering where was Ziio.

Back at ground level I looked around and saw the camp through Charles eyes, mine and Ziios encampment had a fireplace, two tin plates, and a canvas strung between trees under where the skins that Ziio and I covered ourselves with the warmth at night. I flipped the canvas down so that the skins were obscured, and I knelt down by the fire and collected the tin plates as I saw Charles horse came into the clearing.

Haytham: hello Charles
I said without looking at him
Charles: you knew it was me?
I nodded at him
Haytham: I saw you using your training, I was very impressed
He smiled
Charles: I was trained by the best
He said as I looked up to him, to see him gazing down at me
Charles: we've missed you Master Kenway
He said and I nodded at him
Haytham: I know
Charles eyebrows lifted
Charles: really? You know here we are
I pushed a stick into the fire and watched the tip of it glow.
Haytham: I wanted to know, that you are able to operate in my absence

Charles pursed his lips and nodded
Charles: I think you know we can, what's the real reason for your absence Haytham?
I looked up sharply from the fire
Haytham: what might it be Charles?
Charles: perhaps you are enjoying life here with your Indian woman, suspended between two worlds. Responsible to neither it must be nice to take such a holiday-
I soon cut him off
Haytham: Careful Charles
I warned suddenly aware that he looked down on me, I stood to meet his eye to be more equal terms.
Haytham: perhaps instead of concerning yourself with my activities, you should concentrate on your own. Tell me how are the matters in Boston?
Charles: we have been taking care of those matters, you would have us attend to... concerning the land.

I nodded thinking of Ziio, wondering if there was another way. I told her that I would never bring harm upon her people or the lands! But I lied to her we as the Templars want to purchase the lands. I thought.
Haytham: anything else?
I asked
Charles: we continue to look for signs of the precursor site
He said as he raised his chin
Haytham: I see
Charles: William Johnson plans to lead an expedition to the chamber
I stared at Charles in annoyance
Haytham: nobody has asked me about this
Charles: you haven't been there to ask, William thought well if we wanted to find the site... then that's the best place to start.
If Ziio was here she would have cut my head off, including Charles as well! I thought.
Charles: we will enrage the natives, if we begin setting up camp in their lands.
