Another way that I learned to control my autism is by distracting myself. I distract myself by going on my phone and play games. I also sometimes read to help me get distracted or watch tv as well. One more way I learned to control my autism is that I sometimes talk to my psychologist about how I feel about certain things that bother me or what's been on my mind. I been doing this since elementary school when I was diagnosed. It really helps me well. I know there are many other people that have autism too and are struggling. I don't want them to go through what I went through. I want them to live a happy life with their family. I wrote this story to describe my struggle with autism and as well my behavioral issues I went through in school and how I managed to control it. Everyone is not different. Everyone is the same and perfect if they have a disability or not. My story is a way to inspire others and even help others if they need help.
