Long Time After

Koru Became Friend....

From that day onwards, Koru became your travel buddy.....

While returning back from office you both used to sit together and he used to tell stories about different things, from things happening in school to how his uncle tries hard to inspire him to take interest in music.... But sadly he revealed he's more into painting.

Sometimes Koru used to forget English words but still he would complete his story be it in Korean, the poor thing used to forget you are not korean.....

Every Weekends you both went to nearby park, but rather than playing you both enjoyed sketching the landscape..... He would color his sketch with pencil color and you with pens..... But the feel of the sketch was same.

He once even expressed how he adored you as his sketching buddy. Even grandma was happy as Koru finally got someone who could accompany him for his outdoor sketching.

Amidst all these, it was strange you never saw Yoongi again.... Maybe your timings were wrong.

Finally one Saturday while sitting in the park, you asked Koru

You: Koru, don't you like music at all?
Koru: Unnie, sketching, I love.
You : But, why don't you try both.....it's fun you see.
Koru: I know. Once uncle took me to the studio he practices music in, lives in
You : Studio..... Doesn't he lives with you?
Koru: He visits us at dinner only but mostly he lives there. There he got his friend too.
You: Friend...?
Koru: Yes, Joonie uncle. He came here 1 year back.
You: He's a nice person
Koru: Unnie, how you know?

You paused for a second and thought how to explain....

You:...... Um.....
Koru: Unnie?
You: Koru, want to hear a song?
Koru: Yup....
You: You searched through your BTS Playlist for that particular song that'll make Koru realize the reality..... Then you went for a soft song and you played "BUTTERFLY" by BTS

After the song ended....

Koru (putting down the headphones) : Ah, unnie that was so soothing, however I feel, I heard the voices....
You: So, Koru that's the game, each day after the sketching is over I'll give you 2 songs, listen to it and try to remember where you heard the voices..... The day you find out I'll give you a reward.
