Aang and crew were flying across the ocean, on their way from the North Pole, on Appa when Aang felt a pull form the spirit realm. Looking around Aang spotted an island and directed Appa to land, causing Kanata, Sokka, and Momo to look at Aang in confusion. Once Appa landed Aang turned to the gang and said, "I need to go to the spirit realm."
"Why?" Kanata and Sokka imediatly replied
"Because I feel like I am needed there now." Aang replied sitting down in his meditative pose leaving Kanata and Sokka to stare at him as his tattoos started to glow.

Aang, now in the spirit realm, felt the call for him become even stronger, so Aang followed it. Waking across the water he found and ice island that seemed to be made from a very strong water bender, but taking a closer look Aang spotted a boy(?) trapped on the ice, in chains.
"Hello Avatar." The ice-boy said, "Came to finally free me?"
"How did you get trapped?" Aang responded, shivering at his memory of being trapped in ice for 100 years.
"A spirit put me in here, and I can't move which is making me unable to bend myself out of here, but you, sorry, a past avatar promised to come back for me, so I've waited, for about 5 thousand years here for you."
"Wow." Aang replied just staring at the ice chains trying to get a better look at the boy(?)man(?) trapped on the ice.
"So are you going to try and free me, or are you going to leave me for another five thousand years?"
"Sorry!" Aang replied trying to reach the top of the iceberg sliding off countless times before finally succeeding. Now that Aang was on top of the iceberg, he looked down at the person chained to the ice. "how am I going to break this?" Aang asked knowing that his powers wouldn't work in the spirit realm.
"Just punch the chains." The boy replied staring at Aang.
Still unsure Aang punched the chain for the right arm, and was surprised to see cracks forming, Aang jumped off back before it exploded in to many different shards, leaving the boy with a free arm. Once the boy started working on freeing himself, he stood up, putting himself in full view. The boy who was trapped by the chains, looked to be only eleven or twelve. He was also bald, like Aang, and had tattoos like Aang's except it swirled instead of being an arrow, and his eyes were green.
"Hi, I betting that you don't know my name yet, correct?" The boy said standing up and stretching.
"Yes, what is it?" Aang replied already curious as to who this boy was.
"My name is Hiroto, but you can call me Hiro." 'Hiro' said
"Nice to meet you Hiro, I am Aang." Aang replied sticking out his hand, getting a confused look from Hiro. "You really aren't with the modern times, are you?"
"Nope, I've been stuck in that ice for about 5 thousand years. Thanks for freeing me."
"No problem, I probably should go now, I bet Kanata and Sokka are worried about me, and why I suddenly needed to go to the spirit realm."
"No problem, but could you please do me a favor?" Hiro called.
"sure, what is it?"
"Could you tap the iceberg your body is on right now before you leave?"
"Why?"
"You will see." Hiro replied before vanishing.

"Hi guys!" Aang called after returning from the spirit realm
"What were you needed in the spirit realm for?" Kanata asked.
"A spirit had been trapped in an iceberg for five thousand years! I had to free him, I had felt his pull from the spirit realm and couldn't ignore it. Sorry." Aang replied, scratching his bald head. Tapping the iceberg before taking off Aang called "Yip, yip!" Leading Appa to take flight, but just as they had taken off, an explosion occurred on the iceberg they had just left. Once the smoke/steam cleared, a boy, Hiroto was left standing on what was left of the iceberg, before passing out.
FYI: I am rewriting a different version of this chapter next because I just now thought of a better idea, but didn't want to waste all of this work, so here you go! I hope you enjoyed!
