chapter 3

{   Marshall's POV }

We finally arrived at the tree house. I gently laid Fiona on her bed. She looks so cute when she sleeps. Of course I was going to stay like I usually do but I'm staying in her room this time.  There's something about her that I like. I started floating around her curiously. I creapt over to her, and took her bunny hat off. I've never seen Fiona with her hat off. Her hair was long and blonde and pretty.

How could she be so sweet at night and be a butt kicking (beautiful) hero by day? It was still good either way, but I knew that she was dating that stupid gum wad. What does she see in that pink, squishy,walking gum? Anyway, enough with that 'pretty' talk it was almost daylight. I rushed over to Fiona and put her bunny hat back on then turned invisible. I was still thinking about last night. I must have eaten too much red. I mean seriously I'm the vampire king. I'm supposed to be cool.

{ Fiona's POV }

Huh? I heard rattling of pots and pans downstairs, but It was just cake fixing some breakfast early in the morning. Wait what?! I forgot that today was my date with Prince Gumball! I ran downstairs, not worrying about how I was dressed.

"Oh hey honey, what's the matter?"

Cake asked.

"I  forgot about my date with gumball today!"I shouted

"Calm down Fiona, it's not until sunset remember?"cake reminded me.

I face palmed myself. I'm so stupid,I forgot that it was at sunset.

"It's ok Fiona, it happens to everybody."cake said trying to comfort me.

"Breakfast will be ready in ten minutes."cake said.

I slowly trudged up the stairs making loud stomping noises with me feet. I stood up at the end of my bed then fell backwards. I sat and thought about my embarrassing mistake that I made for a minute or so.

"Fiona honey, come down!"cake commanded me to come eat the breakfast she had prepared for me.

I got up from my bed then started looking for my adventure outfit.

"Hey Fiona, nice color outfit, I prefer red, but I guess that's ok."Marshall teased.

"Ugh! Marshall get out!"I screeched then punched his face.

"Oh my cheek meat!"Marshall yelled.

"Hahaha! That's what you get!"I laughed.

"Ok you got me."he admitted as he floated over the top of my bed.

"So,I heard that your going on a date with gumbutt." He said with a jealous tone in his voice.

"I only did it for cake you doof."I whispered, but also mad.

I can't believe Marshall, it seems as if he's...jealous! Both Gumball and Marshall were up to something, but I couldn't figure it out. Sounds like another adventure!

"Marshall! where were you last night and why were you there?"I started to question Marshall.

"Chill!I was out just flying around, and that's when I found you on the ground an..."he started stating his business, but I interrupted.

"Wait I need to write this down."I said grabbing a notepad out of my drawer.
