Shinichi checks his calendar and literally jumped out of his chair
-Ran- You forgot didn't you Shinichi?
-Shinichi- N-no I remember just that I didn't see the time
-Ran- Ok whatever let's just go to Tropical Land already
-Shinichi- Hai hai (yeah yeah)
They left the house and started going to Tropical Land
With Kaito
-Kaito- Aw man I'm tired
-Kaito's Mom- Son can you go check the mail please I forgot to do it
-Kaito- Sure mom
While checking the mail he sees a letter for Kaito Kid
-Kaito- WHAT for me?
-Letter- Hi KID, you are probably surprised that I know where you live but did now that doesn't matter...
~Kaito~ Really then what does?
-Letter- ... What matters right now is that your favorite critic is soon to be gone this is just a little warning for what is to come

As soon as Kaito saw critic he knew it meant Shinichi because he is the only "critic" he knew and liked, he put on his KID costume and started searching for Shinichi
With Shinichi and Ran
Meanwhile, Shinichi is solving the roller coaster murder
A/N: everyone knows how that goes
He finished explaining and left the ride with Ran, Shinichi sees one of the people in black running somewhere and he follows him
-Ran- SHINICHI WHERE ARE YOU GOING?
-Shinichi- RAN JUST GO BACK HOME I'LL CATCH UP TO YOU LATER
With Kaito
Kaito is still searching for Shinichi when he arrives in Tropical Land and finds out that Ran is looking for Shinichi
~KID~ So here is here somewhere
After searching for a while he finds Shinichi and sees that he is spying on someone
~KID~ He is probably in his detective mode right now even if he is in an amusement park
*Loud Thud*
~KID~ What was that?!
Then he sees Shinichi has been hit with a bat
-Gin- Thanks for joining us detective Kudo
-Vodka- Should we do our other mission now Gin?
-Gin- Yes that would save us the trouble of looking for him later
~KID~ Damn it I have to do something... I KNOW
-KID/Ran- SHINICHI WHERE ARE YOU?
A/N If you don't know what is happening Kaito copied Ran's voice
-Gin- Damn until next time detective
~KID~ Nice now I'll just bring Ran over here
After a while of searching for Ran Kuroba Kaito aka KID told her where to find Shinichi (when Ran found Shinichi) Kaito followed them to make sure those guys wouldn't do anything else until they got to the detective's house
In the Black organization hideout
-Rum- IDIOTS HOW COULD YOU LET HIM ESCAPE AND HE EVEN SAW YOUR FACES HOW COULD YOU BE SO CARELESS
-Gin- We are s...
-Rum- DON'T SAY ANYTHING AND FIX THIS ASAP UNDERSTAND I WON'T ACCEPT ANY MORE FAILURES
-Gin- Yes sir we understand
-Rum- Good now go fix this mess you made
-Gin- Yes sir
-Vodka- Yes sir
