Ben

3rd person P.O.V.

(Y/n) felt a heat rise to her cheeks. She didn't know what to do but stare into his blue orbs. He noticed her blush and staring and lightly smirked. This made (y/n) blush even more. She finally snapped back to reality and helped him up. She retracted her hand and rubbed her arm.
"Sorry I b-bumped into you.." She looked down in embarrassment and started playing with her fingers and biting her lip.

The male chuckled and shook his head. He stepped a little closer until he got to her ear.
"Well, if it takes me falling down for us to meet, it will have been worth it.." He purred in her ear. (Y/n)'s breath hitched again. She blushed and stayed stiff. "Did..he just flirt with me..?!" She thought to herself. She tried to step back but realized that she was "trapped". She looked down and realized that he had his arms around her waist. She looked back up at his face to see him smirking.

Just then..the door to the video game store had opened and out came two..boys? The taller one had messy black hair, blue eyes, pale-no..almost literal WHITE skin, a white hoodie, black jeans, and Converse. The other one was shorter than him but taller than the one that had you trapped.

This one had messy chocolate brown hair, dark brown eyes, pale-no..this time, he had almost GREY skin, a light brown hoodie with darker brown and lighter brown stripes running down the sleeves, the hood part was blue, worn out blue jeans, and Converse.

"Ben..! L-leave the p-poor g-irl alone..! Can't you see s-she's scared..?!" The one with brown hair exclaimed. He seemed to have a stutter and tic. Wait..Ben? Was that his name?

"Toby calm down.." He looked over at "Ben". "and you. Let her go. You're scaring her." The one with black hair spoke up. Wait..Toby. Ben.

Who's the other one? Ben eventually let go, grumbling and pouting like a child. "You're such a party-pooper Jeff! We were having fun..! Weren't we?" He turned to look at you, but before you had the chance to say anything, "Jeff" spoke before you.
"Ben you were obviously scaring her..!" He exclaimed again. You took a sigh of relief because he was defending you.
"I mean not that I'm complaining..she looks cute when she's scared." Jeff chuckled and looked at you with a look you couldn't identify. You felt your blood run cold and your heart drop. You were so scared you couldn't even move. And dare you blink something might happen.

Ben's P.O.V.

"I mean not that I'm complaining..she looks cute when she's scared." Jeff chuckled and looked at her with a lustful gaze. I looked back to see her face pale, stiff as a board, and not blinking. Without even thinking, I quickly hug her and put her head into my chest so she won't see him.

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

It seemed to go by in slow-motion, from the corner of my eye, I could see Ben quickly rushing over to me and..he hugged me. He made sure I couldn't see Jeff by gently moving my head into his chest. I wrapped my arms around him and closed my eyes tightly.

Wait..what am I doing!? I'm hugging this guy that I've only known for like five minutes..! But..I guess it's better than being alone with Jeff. I peeked over Ben's shoulder just enough to see, but hardly for Ben, Jeff, or Toby to notice. Toby was smiling and Jeff seemed to be glaring holes into Ben's back and frowning.

After a little while longer of hugging Ben, I decided to pull away and quickly whisper a "thank you", only loud enough for Ben to hear. With that..I walked off.
